These newer owners really need some work..Food was bland ...bland..,if you stop in for your order it is in need for a MAJOR CLEANING OMG!! the waiting room is run down and filthy..yuckThe lady was ok with me but not nice with others even on the phone.She was down right rude!I think I'll go out of my way to go somewhere else..Sad it's right around the corner from us..oh well you live and learn.

Horrible experience. They gave my order to the wrong person. I was in the lobby when the customer brought the order back, she got home and realized it was wrong order so she brought it back. The lady at the window gave me the the order that the customer brought back. The food could have been expose to anything! I told the lady at the window how unsanitary it was to give me the food someone brought back and I will never eat at this place again. Thank God I was there in the lobby to see this because I usually sit in my car and wait.

This restaurant is a joke. I ordered noodles and chicken and it was so bland! No taste! A week later I called myself giving them a chance and ordered another dish. The food was overcooked, and the chicken so hard I couldn't eat it. They cook and serve you anything with no effort to make it taste good. I don't know why they are still open. They are also rude when taking orders, rushing you off and being very unprofessional. Never again!!!!!

Their Mongolian beef is supposed to be spicy but it never is. Then when I specify I want it spicy like the previous owners made it, the order taker says “okay, extra spicy.” Then it’s so dang spicy it’s hardly edible! I’m tired of wasting money at this place. I’m disappointed every time. Plus the portions are smaller and more expensive now that new ownership took over.

Been searching for months for the perfect chinese food since my favorite place closed down...asked someone to pickup for me on their way home to give it a try. This place is over 30 minutes from me and soooo worth the drive! Everything was perfect, fried rice especially just the way I like it! I'd upload pictures but I just couldn't stop eating and now its all gone. Will be making this drive all the time now, the search is over!

If you're on the fence about placing an order. Dont. I once was you. About two hours ago I was on the fence about ordering from them. Let me help you. I ordered two large beef fried rice and one large orange chicken. The chicken was a cloyingly sweet gloppy mess with hard gamey chicken pieces. No way this was made fresh. A soggy, gummy mess with hard cheap chicken. Not sure if it's gristle or dried out meat but it's disgusting either way. The rice is hard and flavorless. Cheap perfectly square chunks of processed beef-no more than 6 pieces in the entire container. No scallions onions or taste. Just dried hard rice with no flavor. Very few bean sprouts Probably undercooked. After we started portioning the rice out, I noticed the in the middle of the container was cold. Not at all happy about any of the meal, but the rice is just unacceptable. I called the restaurant to try and get some resolution to the issue. The woman insisted I drive the rice back to she can test the temp. Annnnd this my friends, is why big businesses/chains aren't always bad. The local places don't bother to correct their mistakes and instead argue with the customer. With chains, love them or hate them-There's always someone to properly handle a complaint. Instead I'm stuck with a 40 dollar garbage meal. Pathetic.
