I've been here pre-Covid and everything including customer service was worth the stop. The food is your typical Chinese take out and probably should only be a pickup only and not consumed in restaurant. It is unkept and disorganized.

This place use to have the best Chinese food. The last two times I ordered from here the food has not been good. In fact, my last order was awful. I will not be back. My Shrimp fried rice order had something that was mushy and resembled a shrimp but didn't taste like shrimp. The vegetables to my other dish were not cooked and hard. Lastly, the egg rolls tasted like they had been through the fryer a few times. The place smelled like they had a plumbing problem. Do not eat here!

Had the chicken gum pao. Not good. Cook in some kind of beef sauce. I ordered chicken g pao. Too many onions. Ate at the restaurant. Never saw anybody after they wrang out the order before eating. Recommend Bamboo Garden. Service and food a lot better. Disappointed.

You get there on time and they tell you it's almost done. It ends up taking an hour. They only have 1 person cooking. Next time I'll skip the wait and find somewhere else.

We frequently use this location because it's close to our home. Food is normally pretty good, but yesterday it was absolutely awful. Egg foo young gravy was black, egg drop soup was gelatinous and inedible, Mongolia Beef gravy was black, gelatinous as well. This dish is normally spicy but was sweet like sweet sour sauce.I called and expressed my frustration with the service. Although the employees are always very courteous, I was not offered any type of compensation or redo of my meal. Unfortunately I will no longer patron this location. I spent almost $50 for dinner for my family and tossed 75% of the food received.

This place has horrible telephone customer service. Will never try to order from them again. I placed and order through door dash and called the restaurant to request additional sweet and sour sauce and they told me they do not take Doordash orders after i clearly placed the order 3 minutes earlier for delivery. instead of being honest about my doordash order they called and canceled my delivery through Doordarsh and stated they were to busy. Something is clearly not right. Don't want to use the race card but what exactly happened here?

I came in because I wanted a smoothie and then I saw they have pad Thai noodles ? I recommend the general Tso's chicken. Give a thumbs up to the guy cooking in the back if you see him, wish I knew his name, he's cool? very good service, I'll definitely be coming back
