Sweet Frogs is a cool concept and the frozen yogurt is good, but I was very disappointed with my recent visit. I am usually not one to write reviews, but this one deserves it. The tables and floor were disgusting. Floors and tables were sticky and chairs had crumbs all over them. Sample cups were not provided. Finally, my 5 year old accidentally dropped his bowl when reaching for a spoon after I had already paid. Just the toppings fell on the floor, but of course he was hysterical. The staff member helping us watched me clean up the floor, did not offer any consolation to my son, and did not offer to let him top off his ice cream with at least a couple of the gummy worms he dropped. I was not expecting a handout. I would have paid the few cents to get him the toppings, but just the offer would have went a long way in terms of customer service.

I love this place!! It's so good i keepcoming back for more. I love the healthy options they provide and the abundance of toppings. Staff is friendly but my daughter did apply here and they told her they already had enough employees... i find this interesting because i see the same 2 girls every time I come. But besides that I love this business I will always come back for more
