Used to love this place. I live 2 houses away from it. I buy a huge portion of my groceries here. I’d say I spend $300 monthly on average in the two years I’ve lived here.Today I went in for a chicken salad and a parfait. I checked out and walked home. When I sat down to eat I realized the yogurt had fallen apart and got all over the outside of my salad. As I said, I live two houses down so I went back with the bag and the yogurt. I kept my salad and just wiped it down. The manager on duty let me know they can’t do anything about it since it was damaged off their property. I argued I literally live two houses down, that the yogurt packaging really should not be talking apart within 5 minutes of purchasing it. She refused to give me a new yogurt or a refund. I left the bag with the spilled yogurt in it and took a new one off the shelve. The manager chased me out yelling I’m not welcome back.So unfortunate that small businesses can be this cheap. Refusing to give me a new 3.99 parfait caused them thousands of dollars in fixed income that came from my constant shopping here.

Its patzki season and this bakery was recommend by someone who knows the owners. We preordered the day before to make sure we would get the selection we wanted as we were driving an hour and a half to pick it up. The girl who took the order asked when we wanted to pick it up and I told her we would be there between 8 and 9 am (never been there before) then she ended the call. Well my husband arrive just before 9am, he waited in line, then 4 different people behind the counter started to help him and walked away as they didn't speak English. They walked away and left him standing there. When he was finally waited on, no one could find the order. Then he was told they were out of the flavors I had ordered because he didn't arrive at exactly 8am! He was also told he should have paid in advance. This option wasn't given and I don't give credit card info over the phone to a business I'm not familiar with. -their website didn't give the option to purchase patzkis- just donuts. This is a horrible way to treat anyone who is a paying customer and a potential repeat customer. Needless to say we will never step foot in this establishment again and will use the internet to make sure everyone know how poorly they treat customers and warn them to look elsewhere for their bakery needs every chance we get. If I could I would have rated 0 stars...

Discovered a hidden gem at a small Polish grocery store – their lunch salad was a delightful surprise. Freshness and flavor were at the forefront, showcasing the quality of ingredients. The variety of Polish specialties added a unique twist to the salad. The cozy ambiance and friendly staff made the experience even more enjoyable. A must-try for those craving a taste of authentic Polish goodness in a casual setting. #PolishGrocery #FreshFlavors #HiddenGem #SaladDelight #LocalEats
