Even a 1 star is too much for the type of service I received super rude employee meena and also manager now they charge $3 when they divide the dozen donuts on top they don’t know how to treat customers

Went in for an Affogato(scoop of ice cream + espresso shot). I've ordered this exact same thing at 4 different Dunkin's and never had an issue. Today the kid behind the counter didn't even know what it was so he asked his coworker and she told him they don't have that. We explained to the kid and the young lady (Dolce) what it was and she said the system was updated and no longer has it. We left. Why couldn't she have just charged me for a scoop of ice cream and a shot? She wasn't even willing to do that! Won't be going back to this Dukin!

RUDE!!! The a.m. drive thru women is so rude! Gift card reader isn't working properly, so instead of figuring it out, she's telling me" you don't have any money" lady, yes I do. I just checked the balance on my card. I showed her the balance. Refused to help figure out, what the problem was. This Dunkin is notorious for this nonsense. Need a new manager.
Check your order before you leave. I ordered a box of plain glazed donuts. I repeated my order twice, and person taking my order repeated it back to me, and I still got a box full of cake donuts (which let's be real, who wants those? Not me! I gave them away). Not worth driving back (I was on my way to work) but super annoying.

I go out of my way to go to this specific Dunkin Donuts. They make the best iced coffee-perfect and not too sweet or too bland. The staff here is super friendly. Many times when I order at the drive thru, the younger girls recognize its me and remember my usual order for two coffees without me saying anything. Seriously the best Dunkin in the area.

First off the employees here are not very good at accommodating the customer!! I purchased a box of joe, a box of munchkins and a dozen donuts and yet they gave me a hard time when I asked for a small side of caramel for the coffee... Then the employee had a hard time listening to what I requested in the first place. Lastly I get home and the donuts were all stale! If I had known that they were going to serve me donuts from the night before I would've never went there in the first place!! This was a waste of my money, my time and my patience!
