Got a single order of steak orders, food wasn't as hot as I would like, and the tortillas were rather cold, but overall was eh. The service was rather terrible, there was no ice in the Mechine for my father, so I told them so, and the guy at the counter gives me a rather snarky attitude, and I had explained to him it was for my father not me, but guess wasn't good are listening. Overall all the employees were pretty lazy, considering by this people are starting to trickle in, as well as mostly everyone not being very educated in how to be professional in a work environment. Overall food was alright, employees could use a professionalism and work ethic course.

Consistently great location. Never felt skimped out on any of the bowls I've ordered and food is hot and fresh. I have only been to 2 other Chipotles in the Chicago land area, but this one has gave consistently great service.

Today me and my friends went to this chipotle location at 8:30pm was told by the crew member that they close at 11pm . When it came down to the toppings I asked for corn and one of the crew members informed me that I will not be able to get corn because it’s for the online orders && if they don’t have it available for the online orders they will get mad and once again it’s 8:30 AND THIS LOCATION CLOSES AT 11:00 pm . I was a walk in customer and I’m UPSET I couldn’t have my bowl to my liking .

The staff that was working tonight exceeded my expectations so much that I had to leave a review. There was one employee (young, blond haired, blue eyed gentleman) in particular that went above and beyond. He was extremely polite (addressed me as ma’am and my boyfriend as sir) he was also very efficient! I wish I got his name so I could mention him. But thank you for showing me that customer service is not dead.
Best Chipotle in our area. 10/10 for online orders and pick up, too!

To many inconveniences table food is dirty all the time not friendly workersI order for my kids burrito I ask for sour cream and my kid found pieces of corn onions en the sour cream my kid don't like any more chipotle ? I really feel bad because for years love the chipotle food so I can't buy no more .

waiting for a doordash order. it was a 7 item order. they took the name and didn't reply telling me if it would be a couple minutes or almost ready or they're about to start it nothing. just ignored me after they got the name and then 3 customers came in after i was already waiting for my order. they made all three people's orders first who came in after me. this is very unprofessional and makes me look bad as a dasher because the customer could give me a bad rating saying i'm taking too long. not to mention they had tipped me very generously and the store is treating their order as if it is not a priority at all just because it's a delivery. If delivery orders aren't important to you, do not offer delivery. They also paused my order once they had finally started it to help another customer who walked up to order. I just felt the workers were very unhelpful to me and feel sorry for the customer. waited about 10-15 minutes for something that should take 5 minutes.

Very rude staff when asked which meat would be preferable since I wanted to get a second opinion and when I chose what I wanted to eat the meat was overly too dry.
