I've ordered from here before, today I attempted to order the $19.99 2 medium pizzas with,the 2 litter Coke and what ever comes with it..the delivery guy shows up with 1 medium pizza, I call , the person who answered the phone actually tried to justify me paying $26.33 for 1 medium Domino's pizza,I will dispute it with my bank..the crazy part is if that was all I wanted..I have 60 points for a free medium pizza..just Wow

Thr past two times I have ordered from this location have been way less than satisfactory. I ordered for delivery and it took almost an hour, despite saying 30 to 40 minutes. But at least then the food was hot. I ordered for carryout this time and when I came in to get my food it was barely even lukewarm and just did not taste good at all. The prices are also ridiculous unless you get the large 1 or 2 topping carryout special. Everything else is so ridiculously priced like $9.99 for 3 lava cakes. What happened to the $6.99??? And even that was ridiculously high. Domino's is way better in the corporate areas like Las Vegas.

Definitely a top dominos location! I come in every other week, sometimes consecutively for a delicious thin crust. They never mess up the order and pizza is always hot and ready by the time I go in to pick it up! Friendly crew as well. I definitely recommend this location!

I called this place to do a pickup order. THE MANAGER LUCIO ANSWER WHAT DO YOU WANT. THEN AFTER WAITING FOR MY ORDER. I ASK FOR MY DIPPING CUPS. AND THE YOUNG LADY STATES THERE IN THE BOX. I GET HOME, THERE ARE NO DIPPING CUPS FOR NONE OF THE FOOD BUT 1.ON MY ORDER I ORDER 2 SANDWICHES, WITH ONLY A COUPLE OF PIECES OF CHICKEN. SO I WAS EATING BREAD WITH CHESSE AND HOT SAUCE, AND A HABANERO SANDWICH WITH PINEAPPLE N CHESSE. SO NOT ONLY IS THE MANAGER RUDE WITH NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, THE CASHIER IS A LAIR. ALSO. ON A SCALE FROM 1-10. -1. Horrible service Lucio.

I placed my order for this restaurant for delivery. It was well before midnight and the workers called my phone to tell me that They already turned the ovens off. Seriously? S this not your business to use the oven to cook food? Maybe you should put that on your website that be warned if you order in the last hour it can only be cold items available for delivery. Oh wait or is it the fact that you are lazy and too incompetent to successfully complete your actual shift by serving customers like normal businesses. The disgusting part about this is the fact that Domino’s spend so much money advertising for their brand that there are stores such as this location that are defeating the purpose by telling customers the oven has been turned off. Does this make Dominos a company that lies to customers or is it individual stores such as this one that blatantly lies to paying customers. I’m sure they thought I would just accept the lie they told me. Think again lazy liars get it together and get a staff that is willing to put in the work.

I’m absolutely frustrated. My husband placed an order here separately from mine and I went to pick them up on curb side pickup. I had my child in the back and was already tired and was not having it. One of the male staff members came and gave the first order and I asked for the second. He said it’ll take 5-8 mins I said okay. My husband placed it at 5:15pm for parm bites. It was now 6:20pm. It’s been more then 5-8 mins now and my child is just kicking and screaming. I tried to call to see the update and I saw one of the cooks pick up the phone and automatically hung up. I didn’t wanna go in and leave my child in the car so I left. I tried calling to ask if they can deliver it and I’ve been on hold for 16 mins and I just hung up, no one has givin me any answers. Customer service was awful! I worked in the fast food industry and never have I had it bad like this.
Unfortunately i called to place order for delivery and i ask how much time she told me 20-30 min so i ordered what i want the girl who answered me was very rude soooooo bad and i dont think that her manger knows..... the wings were tooooooooo bad also moist and not fried or grilled well done the worst dinner thank dominos

This Domino's pizza in Franklin Park IL has really improved on the quality and taste of their food!!! The sandwiches are really good here......reminds me Quiznos from back in the day!!!!! I order from here once every 2 weeks. Other pizza places cannot compete with dominos coupons either. I took 2 slices just in case you're wondering!!!!
