Terrible customer service. Hindu lady "Meena" is very rude and ignorant. This location lost so many customers because of Meena, but UNFORTUNATELY her job is secured because of her relationship with manager Vassu, Corporate needs to look into this! I will Not go back to that location
Wendy & Maria have to go. Terrible attitude and started to argue with me about how many orders they have. They have people in line and they’re processing mobile orders instead of just clearing out the line. I worked Dunkin part time barista up to full time management. Not ONCE did I talk to a customer like that. Maria said to me “if you don’t like the service, there’s many Dunkin’s around, go somewhere else!”. It's a hit or miss if your coffee will be right. Ordering ahead, requiring no cream, being in a hurry and it looks like a cup full of cream half the time. Half the time the mini bagels are cold or hard.
