Came here on my lunch break and I enjoyed everything! Surprisingly it was not too busy for a Saturday late morning so I was seated immediately. Both the host and waiter were very kind and attentive. Although I was on phone, there was some nice music playing in the background and dining area was very neat and clean. Lots of windows allowed plenty of natural sunlight as well. Excellent service in a clean, if spartan, dining area. The fresh-squeezed OJ had a funny taste, so I swapped it for a Sprite, and the server apologized. The chilaquiles were pretty darn good! Served too hot to eat, which is fine. The salsa verde had the right amount of kick, the chips were great - with the ones on the edges still being crunchy and the ones in the middle being reduced to corn masa. Just the way it should be! Located at the base of the apartment complex in the middle of Franklin avenue Down Town. Plenty of parking on the street and on the sides of the building.It is easily accessible and it can accommodate for all needs.At the time we got there, there was plenty of seating and the vibe was easy and calm.The service was amazing.
