Every Friday pizza night,my family loves the pizza,employees are wonderful when I pick up my dinner, when my car is in the shop I walked 6 blocks -20 degrees to get my pizza.

Ugh I just love love this establishment so much ! Been ordering from grand stand for years ! I moved and even though I’m no longer in delivery service area, I still go and pick up their pizza any chance I can! They have the best pizza around and it’s always spot on and consistent !!! Love the staff and the owner is so friendly and sweet ! Picked up my half beef half cheese pizza today and it was perfect as always ! Can’t wait to come back soon!

The Pizza is a bit underwhelming to be honest. Extremely doughy, chewy, and lacks flavor. I prefer Franks, Geo's, or Lonnie's. I "tip" my hat off to them for serving slices tho.

Good food, good phone, staff, and the owner is a wonderful guy. His staff made a mistake last night and he called me this morning to take care of business and to make sure that I stayed a customer. Thank you John that goes a long way with me.

I've been going once a week for month and the customer service has always been nice. A couple of my pizzas have been either burnt or greasy and I haven't complained because I can understand every pizza will not be perfect. I usually get half sausage half cheese or half sausage half jalapeno and the portions have always been reasonable. Today the half with jalapeños seemed to have been just dumped on top and piled on, I wish I had taken a picture of it! Initially, I wasn't upset just unpleasantly surprised because I've never gotten it like that but I couldn't eat it, so I took it back. The younger dark haired female with glasses that takes orders was very combative with me from start of conversation. She told me that's how it's always made, which I disagreed with, said I should've said I wanted less jalapeños and that I had to talk to the cook about it. While I was waiting for my 2nd pizza I heard her talking about me to her coworker. When her coworker was passing me my 2nd pizza, the dark haired female with glasses called out to her coworker asking have I left yet. I told her coworker I don't appreciate how she handled me it was just a lot of jalapeños for me and that I come in every week. Her coworker was and is always nice but that interaction just from customer service standpoint was ridiculous, unnecessary and inappropriate. I understand my patronage won't make or break their business and I don't want it to but they've definitely lost a weekly customer.
Everything about this place is 5 stars. We travel all the way from midway Airport area just to eat our favorite pizza.

The fact that I got the meal deal which is $28.95 and was over charged .. they rang the price per item THERE IS NO DEAL 12.50 for wing 2.50 for pop 24.25 for pizza IS $38.85 without tax and delivery with that it was 41.76 smh some MEAL DEAL THAT IS first and last time order here .

Ok for me this is the worst pizza in area- Sauce no flavor basic cheese no pull just stiff- arrived barely warm- soggy soft- too thick to be thin crust- and who cuts pizza in huge square slices?? - I had to heat the slices in a pan before trying- Fries were horrible tasting old burned oil taste, soggy! My family of four each had a slice and DONE! I will NOT reorder from this place!
