I was very disappointed on the quality and service I received at this KFC location. The food was awful. The chicken was very dry as if it was sitting around for a while. The mashed and closlaw was otherwise find. I brought it to the managers attention. She was very unprofessional and did not act like she gave a damn about my customers concerns. Very cold and calist. She should be fired!!!! I'll step in this or another KFC again. I've gone and ate ate at many KFC for over 50years. This is the worst place. They need to hire people with better customer care.

My first experience at this KFC was great! The place was clean. The staff was very fast, efficient and polite. Food was great! I can’t say all of that for any other KFC that I’ve visited.

This is my closest location to home, unfortunately every single time I come here 2 hours and a half before closing they are always out of chicken every single time. Then when you tell them if they cloud make more chicken they always say it’s going to be 30 minutes the Mexican chick at the drive thru window she doesn’t want to cook anything I asked for a manager and she came out and told me yea our shipment for chicken didn’t arrive little do they know that I know it did because I know a friend that works there, petty attitude and I won’t be coming back unfortunately. So then I went to the Popeyes down the road fresh chicken made to order and asked for all drumsticks and it was fine no attitude given everyone in there working compared to kfc drive thru window the place was clean and everything put away acting like they are closed, sometimes they turn off all the lights 2 hours before closing so it seems that they are closed. This place needs help or it’s going to close soon..

I was just in this restaurant, it's 8:10 PM, they supposedly close at 10:30, I wanted to order and the girl serving told me that they no longer have chicken, they were already picking up everything and she didn't want to serve me, they were in a hurry to leave, terrible service, I won't be back. more ????

KFC is all about real chicken served up hot and fast so you can eat and get on with your day. The dining room is always clean and the service is friendly with a smile. I don't eat at a lot of restaurants but it's always good to have a KFC nearby for those occasions when you need to eat, want something decent and don't have much time.
My order was not as expected but it was okay enough for me to consider returning!

So fresh and so clean clean. This is the cleanest KFC. Not a huge fan of the food but it’s clean and the service is friendly! Way expensive for small pieces of chicken. Almost the size of pigeons.

I order a 5 piece chicken tenders big box meal. I was very disappointed with the size and condition of the tenders. They were very skinny and thin, maybe a little bigger than a fish stick that you buy at the grocery store. Because they are so small and skinny, it’s very easy to over cook them, which is my next complaint. They were severely overcooked so they were dry like wood, almost like eating chicken jerky. I will never purchase tenders here again! Typical result of the scamdemic, smaller product, less services and higher prices.
