This place does not put salt on fries. When I asked for salted fries they said that past 9pm they do not salt their fries. Instead they gave me salt packets smh. Its not the same.

very bad service at the drive thru I ordered clearly twice I want a small Coke with my order and when I go to pay the girl doesn't even ask if you want the receipt and when I went to pick up the food I was missing my drink and I asked if I could order one because it wasn't my mistake and they told me no that I had to go to the drive thru again, it's not the first time that happens and they don't even ask if you want sauces I don't go back to this place anymore I prefer to go to Wendys

Why claim to be open 24hrs, but won't serve you between 1-3am. This is the 2nd time I've pulled up around 2am for food, and they tell me at the intercom that they're "closed at the moment"... Change your hours if you're truly not open 24hrs

The manager for overnight is the worse manager to ever exist. He’s weird and has this entitlement over customers . He clearly doesn’t deserve the manager position . the only tolerable employee there is the girl with the blonde hair . I am honestly going to report the manager specifically to corporate. I hope he loses his job .

If I could give this place a zero I would. I've came to this location soooo many times, it's my local McDonald's but I honestly rather take the extra 10 minutes to go to the Schiller park location. It's to the point where me and my partner go and say "I wonder how they gonna mess up this time." I've came so so many times, and in all those times my order was always somehow messed up. Either forget fries, forget mcchickens, forget a simple damn cheese on the big mac. It's so minor but the amount of times it happens it's so exhausting, especially the fact that they have a BOOK of names and orders they mess up, then get mad when you come back and claim the order they messed up. They're rude, and are always gossiping instead of working. The Venezuelan manager also hates being confronted and is mad weird when complimenting my partner and bordering flirting with her, and no I don't care if it's "culture". Bro you working at McDonald's, no shame but don't be talking to females like that as a worker. Also, I called to complain to find out who this Venezuelan/Colombian (assuming by his accent) manager's name, he proceeded to call us Stu!pid and other insults. Then proceeded to harass and call my number twice. The only nice employee is honestly the girl with the box dyed blond hair cuz frankly she's the only person there that actually is actively working. Besides the morning crew of course. Anyways, corporate will hear from this, especially with the spam calls. Don't bother coming here unless you're willing to wait 30 minutes at a fast food drive thru and you're willing to lose a couple bucks because they for some reason love to forget something literally every single time, not to mention they just suck at this location. I literally went to a family party and told my family and they all started ranting about their own stories about this location because they always messsss upppp. Crazy. Not like they care tho but I just advise take everyone's word for it and go to the Schiller park one instead.
