ONE STAR SERVICE FOOD AND ATMOSPHERE9:45p.m. Hispanic Mexican short male on drive thru 4/17/2024 wearing blue ball cap red tee shirt. Short 5'2 in height short hair. Age late 40's or 50's. Weathered face. Poor countenence on his face. Behavior was deeply embarrassing. Already had attitude on the intercom then when given the wrong food. I asked why he had an attitude closes door cuts the conversation without receipt. I sit there to wait for my food (incorrect order with no recipt paid with my visa card) The proceeds to call police. After his hostille and cavalier arrogant attitude continued I then called the police as well I spent around $25 dollars or $30 dollars. After he wasted the police time with the foolishness they asked will he fix the order. He did not want to. He was acting scared worried and went frantic because a African American man 6'3 300 Ibs was questioning him to be professional and act right and provide better service. Even the police was laughing at that crazy behavior. Did not want to give any spoons or more utensils. Had an attitude about that.I explained to the police im in healthcare with people all the time with patients i get it. Its sad he acted with such prejudice and discrimination and hostility. He needs to stop being in the fast food industry.I will call corporate as well after talking with the police with female officer and male officer recomended this after his extremely poor display of service in food service with a bad disposition about his life choices and being miserable because his life sucks. I waited a long time, too long, the man at the window was so rude that I left my order and drove away even though I waited for it for over 15 minutes, the man refused to make me dessert and told me to download the app or leave the order and go. I will never come back here again.

Sonic blasts are great, although I have to tell them to mix it really well especially with the Oreo, once you get half way done it's all vanilla, but hey if you are a Vanilla fan, go for it!

Got a large turtle blast. The entire thing was vanilla ice cream with candy on top. My tater tots were not hot and it took 10 minutes to get my order.

I wondered why nobody was ever here. I soon found out. I ordered #2 a double cheeseburger with pickle and onion only. He repeated it to me and when I got it, it had everything. Tots were old and cold. Won't go there

Horrible service I bought a master shake and the lid was not on correctly and the girl at the drive thru didn’t care and when I asked for a manager she said she was the manager she didn’t apologize or anything after it spilled all over me and my car. She was so unprofessional but than that’s what you get when you hire kids who wear pajamas to work. Will definitely stick to Dairy Queen for my ice cream needs. I will make sure non of my family or friends visit this establishment and I will definitely be calling corporate.
