If you come inside, it’s a waste of time. Seems like they can make 10-15 drive thru drinks before they make yours. WEIRD

This location needs to trained better on beverage quality and know the recipes correctly. I always get drinks so much room when I don’t ask for room and I keep having to ask them to remake the drinks because they never put the right amount of syrup or scoops. If I’m spending over $10 a day at Starbucks bare minimum the drinks should be up to standard. Thankfully they are really nice about remaking my order everytime but it sucks having to ask almost everytime I go.

Don’t bother placing a mobile order. They will have you wait an extra 10 min before giving you attitude when you ask about your drink. Sandwich was ready but cold by the time I got my drink.

Place mobile orderThe girl claimed to be the manager was at the window had no name tag on, was rude. I placed a mobile order that was not made gave me a hard time to give me a drip of the coffee of the day. Very poor service must say again the girl did not have her name tag on, I was in line for 15 minutes. I know what time I came to the store and placed my order. reeducation your staff needs reeducationThank you for responding, but my plan is not to go back to that particular location. This is not the first time I’ve had Rude service there.

Almost a dollar extra for plant based milk. I ordered the vanilla bean coconut milk latte, which was supposed to come with coconut milk already, and I still got charged extra.

Honestly this is my least favorite Starbucks. The women here are snappy and are honestly just rude. This is my 3rd visit and it’s the same thing every time so I thought I’d leave a review this time. Drink is also too sweet.

Ordered a venti pink drink with light ice and no strawberries and the a trenta strawberry açaí refresher with lemonade and light ice and not once through out the hour that passed by did my pink drink separate shoutout to the baristas and special shoutout to Miguel. Best pink drink I’ve ever had ☺️thank you!

Open and mobility accessible.Parking: Parking can be very difficult as the line for the drive through runs right through. parking.Wheelchair accessibility: Inside is roomy. Both inside and outside door are heavy. Coulf be super difficult fir someone in a chair to get in/out.

This has to be the worst place to go thru drive thru. They take an order. You have to wait for them to make the drink at window.They are POORLY STAFFED. ITS MORE THEN 20 MINUTE IN DRIVE THRU FOR YOU ORDER.

I have been frequenting this location for 5yrs and the quality has gone down tremendously. I have even resorted to ordering simple drinks so they couldn't mess up and they still taste awful. Today was the last straw, I'd rather drive to Schiller.
