"EAT FRESH" does not exist in this dojo.This Subway is wedged inside a gas station. The employees are happy to customize everything to your satisfaction.But nothing is fresh. Everything is day-old stale, funky-tasting, odd-smelling left-overs.The new Footlong Churro, Pretzel, and Cookie are pre-made in a factory somewhere and defrosted the night before. They are allowed to DRY OUT in the refrigerator and fast-baked to hotness. When you try to bite into them, it's like biting a rock. If you expect soft, delicious flavor, you're coming to the wrong location. The cookie is bland, the churro is inedible, and the pretzel is completely flavorless AND ROCK HARD.Also, who the f''k dips pretzels in MUSTARD? That's disgusting! Pretzels get cheese sauce, not mustard!Anyway, it's not the employees' fault the place is run down and selling old garbage. It's the franchise owner not caring enough to focus in any way on quality and food safety.

Unless you're there to correct their stupidity they will screw up your order If you are using a delivery service.Not the first time this has happened too but the most recent screw up is i ordered teriyaki and all I got was a bunch of diced chicken no sauce just plain, I ordered more protein too so I'm even more annoyed I spent more money to get a bunch of plain diced chicken.You'd think they would screw up something small like the toppings but no they screwed up the main thing that makes a teriyaki sub a teriyaki sub....

Soup was cold and only live 4 minutes from here. Pretzel foot long was rock hard on 1 end, the italian bread was flaking apart and dried out. Usually much better here, disapointing

Ordered on the app for faster service. Headed out when app stated it was building arrived took, more than 20 minutes when I arrived. Employee making subes was on here ear pieces talking to someone on the phone. Terrible.

I do not recommend eating at this subway. I like Subway for fast food. However, my experience here was not what it should’ve been the single employee that was working there was pretty rude, and did not seem very enthusiastic about his job upon looking a little further while building my sandwich, I noticed at the produce such as the lettuce, tomatoes and other veggies looked old wilted, and not very appetizing. It was not clean and the overall experience was unpleasant and I regretted going there.
Eat fresh my a**. All types of flies and wilted, brown, soggy ingredients. I stopped coming here for a while and see it’s still nasty. Won’t be coming back until someone does something about this.

I wish I can give less then 1 ⭐️ but there is no option to give less starts reviews I visited today this restaurant. I ordered veg subway I show food fly on the veggie I told the person this what you served to costumers unfortunately subway owners was there he looks at their veggie and said nothing he can do about it for the flys and told me if I’m not satisfied then go look for food elsewhere. Worst customer service I will never visit this store. I tried to call subway customer service contact information. Looks like they change everything so you cannot complain anymore. Wow great job subways no one can complain new system you change no one is answering on call support.
