Upon arriving at this Burger King, we ordered two texas burgers and one chicken burger, AKA two number twos and a number six.Two oreo shakes including a dr.pepper,When getting up to the window to pay and receive out food, the lady at the window had handed the two shakes, my mother had asked for a drink carrier, We don't know if the lady heared us, considering how she shut the door.Waited and finally got the Dr Pepper and again, my mother had asked for a drink carrier, and the lady shoved her finger in front of her face and then shut the window. Not a single word.We waited once more for awhile till our food came, ling enough wait for us to put the car into park through the drive thru.We checked to see if we had all our food considering how it was $49. That's not even including onion rings instead of fries.We found TWO chicken burgers and ONE Texas burger, they messed it up so mom went inside to get the order corrected. She went up and told the workers and the MANAGER how they messed up, including how they didn't give us straws for our drinks.Upon asking for straws the lady told my mother that she did give us straws, she never gave us straws, considering how if we did, we wouldnt be asking for straws. my mother repeated,, we never received straws and we would like them now please. Then, the MANAGER at a high level of unprofessionalism and high levels of behing a coward, she had her back turned and was talking to one of her co-workers and remind you: My mother and the workers, manager are the only people inside. The manager had a sly comment or two to say considering how her coworkers she was talking too, she laughed with her manager and quote on quote said, " Oh your bad, your bad" and PERSEDED to look at my mother over her shoulder, and looked away again and laughed once more.HORRIBLE Service by coworkers and Manager, HIGHLY DISSAPOINTED.The food was mediocre, not the best by far.Messy burger, couldn't stay on the bun to actually eat. Frys were cold. Shakes were more melted. We will NOT be returning.

Food has its plusses. Flame broil is good, but with only 1 small car in front of us, we waited over 20 minutes to get served in the drive thru. Out of all the fast food restaurants, they definitely have to be the slowest!

People done even know what working is,. They just stand around on their phones and look at ya while the incompetent cook makes your sandwiches. Sat in line for 25 mins for two whoppers and a spicy chicken sandwich. Ridiculous, place is not worth the stop.

Burger King breakfast is by far so amazing. It has such a beautifully inviting vibe. I accredit that to the workers who are so AWESOME! They make you feel so comforted and cared for in little interactions. If you want to have a good morning I suggest going to burger King in Freeport for breakfast!

The crew was attentive and respectful. My food was pretty good, some of it more fresh than others but overall a good meal. Store was clean and organized. Better than other Burger King stores around.Kid-friendliness: They've got toys, kids meals, good seating inside, and of course the iconic crowns for kids to wear.Parking: Parking isn't busy and they have a generous sized lot so parking is never an issue.

Really sketchy. Dirty, too. Hit or miss, sometimes you get the food you order, sometimes you don’t. Sometimes the workers hide from you and pretend they aren’t there, and sometimes they greet you with an awful attitude. Usually in the mornings there are some nice folks serving though. Steer clear if you have an option.

I hadn't been to burger King in a long time. I couldn't figure out what I wanted but the order taker was very patient and sweet. She helped me find what I wanted and offered me specials. When I got to the window she was just as polite. I didn't catch her name but she has lip piercings. I will Definitely be coming back again. Great food and great service. ??

Wow has BK gone down hill. I recently went there for breakfast and got ripped off. My food was obviously reheated in a microwave. Oh and here is the kicker, I ordered a apple juice menu says minute maid but got a caprisun apple juice for 1.99. I could have bought a whole box for that price. Smh. Never again in this town.
