They were all nice. Not so busy when we came in for supper tonight.Parking: It was at supper so they were not busy at 6pm tonight. It is cold out side. Plus had snow furries.

The burger was very good. Got the deluxe with all the toppings. The highlight though was the kindest, older woman who ran our order to us in the cold. She was a burst of energy and warmth.

Food was delicious and hot but took a lot longer than usual. Almost a 20min wait after we were parked and we were the first car.

Forgot a burger, fries, ranch, chicken strips, and got 2 of our drinks wrong. Food tasted like it was warmed up in a microwave after sitting out for a week. Will never go here

By far the worst Culver's I've ever been to. The food is overly greasy, it's slow, and people don't seem to understand the drive thru or line on the inside. Staff also doesn't seem to understand first come, first serve. Only thing worth while is soft serve. Otherwise, the hot food is the worst quality Culver's in my experience. I've been to many Culver's too, Monroe, Lake Geneva, Galena, Madison, Crystal Lake, Carbondale, ectopic. This one is consistently the worst and the least fresh, yet still busy.
