I order the same thing everytime yet I am charged 5 different prices. 1 is being Friday 20% off day. And the other 2 are cash price vs card price. Now the last 2 are apparently because some employees charge for cream and some do not. Please be consistent. Communicate and consistency are the 2 most important things for a successful customer base!!

Man this is a great shop design. There's a cute spot by the fireplace plus a private room in the back. If I still had to study this would definitely be a great place to do it. I got a hot cocoa and it was pretty good. The staff is all really warm and friendly. Definitely would come back.

Expensive food, coffee good though.Changed to one star. It have been closed at 7am multiple times on weekdays. Today (10/12/23) it was closed at 6:45 am despite having hours from 6am- 3pm. Why waste my time going to a place when Starbucks is literally across the street and actually open when they should be. Sucks, because I like their coffee, but I'll just go to Starbucks and use their app to save time and money.

Visited yesterday. I enjoy tea and the tea is ok but I tried the cinnamon roll and I will be returning. Fresh and the perfect balance of frosting and dough. Plus no waiting like I always do at StarBucks. Great option for morning bakery
