Turnover is quick so this may be outdated tomorrow, but my dearest fiancee orders this excessive ridiculous and quite tasty frappe that I find myself regularly picking up for her, and here? Frequently wrong. But, it's McDonald's. No major complaints besides the frequent errors on the "large frappe, add extra cardiac event" order

This location is horrible. Not only are some of the staff rude, but the managers are as well. They're always getting orders wrong then have an attitude when you ask for the right food ypu payed for! They also take back food that was ordered wrong which is highly unsanitary. I had Rsv and strep and they demanded my sandwich back just to throw it away. I wouldnt recommend this location to anyone until they get their act together.

This McDonald's was clean. I don't understand the electronic ordering board. It takes the customer longer, and it takes the order longer to fill. This is like the self checkout at grocery stores. It doesn't make things faster, or better. All I wanted was a large Diet Coke. Took me forever to order it on the board. And then the order got lost. There were three people ahead of me, took a very long time to fill those orders. From the time I walked into the door to the time I walked out was 12 minutes. 12 minutes for a Diet Coke. Won't be visiting this McDonald's ever again.

Yall trash too youre never open on third shift n when you are foods fresh just takes forever to get it! In my opinion keep this one open close the other one,at least for third shift. that way foods fresh and comes out faster cuz theres more people. Less confusion better food happier customers!

At some point, you gotta get it together. Advertising dine in open til 11 then closing at will due to staffing. Well maybe you need better managers who might hire more reliable staff that can committ to coming to work. The first step is seeing you got problems. Retrain or replace. Staffing is managers fault. Not being able to keep up with a smaller crew is managments fault.
