The food is always great! Recently I tried the chicken calzone, and it was delicious! Definitely recommend them. The pizzas, you can get whatever toppings you'd like and if they don't have what you want, take it home and add more. Can't go wrong with papa Murphy's pizza. They don't mess around and make your pizzas as soon as they are in. And they are friendly, if you have questions they are quick to help you. When our big family wants pizza they are the first place we go.Vegetarian options: Do create your own pizza and add the toppings you like. Vegetarian is possible.Parking: Plenty of parking space. No need to fight over a space, plenty for everyone ?

Pretty disappointed in our treatment when requesting a gluten free pizza and having it cross contaminated by the staff after explaining in detail why we need to avoid cross contamination. If you have celiac DO NOT EAT HERE. Gluten free is NOT gluten free if you’re going to be using the same utensils you use on the regular crust and completely defeats the purpose.

Normally I don’t do reviews unless it is needed. I feel in this case it is, Papa Murphy’s Freeport, You need to know what you’ve done. This pizza is only half covered with toppings what in the world makes people working there think that the customer only wants half the toppings Come on guys it’s not hard to put toppings on the whole pizza. I only vist papa murphys every now and then for a really good treat and this time i was not impressed. Normally great service and great food. Would still come here for pizza but please for the love of pizza please put toppings on the whole top of the pizza.Update: ate the pizza the same night because its dinner obviously and to my suprise there was an extreme lack of sauce in the pizza and it just did not taste right at all. The staff was a bit stuck up and really dint have a clue what was happening at all and overall had a nonchalant attitude about their jobs. I would not recommend the papa murphys Freeport location to anyone and would direct their appetite elsewhere.

I had the best customer service experience from this store today! I place an online order for a Dairy-free cheese pizza with chicken, bacon and artichoke. Within 5 minutes I got a call from a worker asking me if I knew that there was dairy in the white sauce. No one had ever done that for me before! I truly appreciate her attention to detail!
Purchased a coupon card. When I went to use one of the stickers - I was told that they no longer accept. There are no expiration dates or terms listed on the coupon card. Don’t SELL coupon cards for your location if you aren’t going to honor them. Scam
