15 minute wait in drive thru after being told “just one second”, made me late to work… and my food was cold like it wasn’t even cooked at all. How is this acceptable? ?

Besides cold food, the drive up menu board prices are lower than the prices actually charged at the window. Even with a picture proving the point, they did not offer to honor the lower price advertised on the board. It's the principle of the matter.

I ordered some food I was supposed to be using the promo codes to get the better deal and they rang it up wrong and then proceeded to tell me they couldn't give it to me for the price that I was supposed to be getting it for if I wasn't starving and the other restaurant options down the street wasn't that appealing to me I would have canceled my order but I used a credit card and if she couldn't fix it how is she going to give me my money back on my card I didn't want to pay an extra $3 and something, I thought the extra $3 and something was for the other sandwich I ordered but she never even ring that one up. I was over in that area a few days later I'm hungry and I decided to wait and go somewhere else

This location is not great, but tonight was truly awful. In the drive thru I was asked to wait, that's fine. 3-5 minutes later nothing. When they finally took my order, they couldn't answer a simple question about whether they had soda that was caffeine free (no list on sign that I could see), then my food was wrong. Truly, don't both with this location. I was CCD m the drive thru for nearly 20mjnutes with only one car ahead of me and just a meek sorry. Back in my fast food days we would have allowed a refund or offered a free sandwich at the next visit. Absolutely nothing.

Man at the drive-through was super nice and talkative. A friendly fries were definitely old barely warm. The bread on the whopper was dry and stale. The meat was gray it still had the Chargrilled marks, but not very good. I don’t think it was fresh and something smelled funny on the sandwich. Like the tomatoes and pickles. Maybe ? not a good experience.Through the whole meal out what a waste of money and time.
