I went 2 times and the malt I ordered was not mixed up at all. One of those times they forgot the whipped cream. You could have flipped it upside down like a blizzard. Had to wait some time just to be able to drink it through a straw. The third time is a charm. The last time I went there they did a good job and it was delicious. Keep it up DQ. I changed my original 1 star up to 3. I will change up to for if they get it correct the next time I am there.

I have gotten ice cream and meals here plenty of times. The staff is always friendly and kind. They are also very patient and willing to fix a mistake if one has occurred. I had a big order and some of it got lost while I was ordering, but it was easily remedied. Thank you to the staff for being patient and willing to help.
Quite possibly the worst service you can possibly get. So unbelievably impatient & rude. Will not answer questions about the menu & will just give you whatever they want instead of what you ordered. They’ve also served my mother and I raw chicken in the past & did nothing about it besides offer to take the raw chicken off the salad for us. This dairy queen has gone so downhill in the past few years, it’s so upsetting.

Well thank goodness I took the lid off my drink because I dropped the straw because this was floating on top!! Disgusting!!! I will never order from here again! It's a baby cockroach. If there is one I will guarantee that there is more!

Went through the drive thru and the Texas toast I got with my meal was soggy not only looked like it was over cooked. The chicken strips tasted fine fries were meh! The cheese curds were also meh!

Dirty, slow, no ambiance and not tasty I walked in for vanilla cone dipped in chocolate like I use to get as a child. I was very disappointed. The service was very slow to even acknowledge me and slower for the order. I made my order to a very pleasant and professional young lady. As I waited, I noticed how dirty it was. There was a lady (not in unform), in the back making a sandwich and NOT wearing gloves. She left the sandwich twice and returned before her phone rang. She silenced it and returned to complete the sandwich. Lot's of trash under the counter where the window crew member was working. I took a picture. Finally, a man also not in uniform and I am not "assuming" the owner, presented me with my ice cream cone that had a melty, kind of pasty chocolate that never sealed firmly or had the crunchy chocolate bit or taste. Additionally...(and this is the kicker...that old refreshing Diary Cream taste...), the ice cream did NOT taste like the dairy Queen that I've grown to love and appreciate! So across the board, poor service, food and no ambiance!

The new owners of this place are absolutely terrible it took over 15 minutes to get hamburgers fries and drinks for three people The place was dirty on the inside. The only have two speeds there stop and stop faster Do not go here go to McDonald's or Wendy'
