Food was cold dry and wrong two times , & service was slow . Went in around dinner time , it took forever to get someone's attention . They were all yelling , cussing and were really loud . I finally got someone to come over and they were not even wearing a uniform they were wearing sweatpants and their underwear was showing . My experience was so unprofessional . I continued to hear them cussing and being very loud . I couldn't even finish my food and packed my children & food up and left because I didn't want my children hearing what they were saying anymore . I hope this gets addressed soon .Kid-friendliness: My experience was not kid friendly , the cussing and attitudes , I couldn't even finish our dinner . I got up and left mid meal .

These people fired my nephew for having COVID. They're not smart. You have a bunch of minimum wage people making making college grad legal decisions. They more than likely have zero protection for minors and catching COVID. You want to be under the same roof of the most uneducated go to a McDonald's.

First time: waited 15 minutes pulled forward on drive thru for a smoothie for my kid.Second time: Asked to be pulled forward, did not go, got my drinks quickly for my kids. The girl wasn't happy!Third time: waited 20 minutes pulled forward on drive thru for burgers and fries for my kids.The same person that asked me to pull forward every time she sees me, I don't know her, she is white, young, not a high schooler or manager, she is an adult and wear glasses and very RUDE. But she definitely has something against me, she always ask me with an angry face to pull forward, and when I was there third time there wasn't anyone in line, but apparently fries will be 3 min, but she still asking to pull forward when other cars came, everyone left with their food and I waited and waited, had to call in from the side window for them to bring my food that they forgot because of her. Now, is that only me? I did not grow up here, don't have any extended family here or anyone for her to hate me. What have I done to her? I don't even eat Mcdonalds, but my kids unfortunately do, and I am done! I don't need to spend my money to pay her salary! Not coming back to Main Street!

Was very disappointed with service there, the Order taker didn't greet me properly. Never asked if I was was using my mobile app (which i was), and after giving them my mobile code, they didnt greet me by name. When pulling up to the cash window again failed to greet by name, my order wasn't repeated to me. At this time my review is this, either there are training issues that need fixed or perhaps management isn't aware of the poor guest experience crew is giving. If I choose to return I really hope to have a different experience
