The manager was VERY rude to both customers and employees. We ate in the restaurant they forgot condiments, when I went up and asked, the manager yelled at me saying he put it in my kids meal which I didn't even buy then said since I didn't get the kids meal I have to pay for the condiments 33cents each even though it's on my receipt that I paid for it already. He then yelled at the girl at the counter saying it was her fault. Very unprofessional of this manager This place lost my business for good

I came through for a fish sandwich and fries and i can say with confidence that both had sat for HOURS. I couldn't even choke the stuff down. Not even if i were starving. Galesburg mcdonald's on Henderson is pure garbage! Thanks for the tea though, i needed it to try and wash the hours old wanna be food down. Yuck

Everyone is always rude in there. Plus, some weird guy who works here keeps calling me asking for someone named Catherine. Called me 5 times yesterday. It's getting annoying and if it keeps happening I will call corporate or maybe even the police.

This place actually sucks. I know for fast food you can't expect much, but the bare minimum should be at least granted. Ladies behind the counter are always rude and can't be bothered to care. I could get better service with a parking meter. But I had ordered on the kiosks, gotten a table number, and no one called out our number more or less walked to our table. Food was cold and tasteless. The only partial benefit of this place was someone was actually cleaning the floors for once. Even though you're not spending much here, don't waste it.

Most Inconsistent McDonald's I've been to. Just go to the one on Main Street. Service is sometimes great and I have no issues, and sometimes I wait 20+ minutes for 2 McDoubles. Food is usually okay.

Curbside is a joke. Last 3 times I ordered for curbside I had to go inside to pick up my order. Last time I went through the drive thru after ordering curbside to ask where my order was. All McDonald’s need to improve on both accuracy and professionalism. They are definitely not the famous fast food store of the past. They are famous for not getting orders right and lazy on delivery to curbside.

I went in around 9pm there was no one in the drive through and only one person ahead of me. I ordered two pies and a frappe. My husband ordered separately and got a quarter pounder. 20 minutes after I ordered my food, I got the attention of a worker who only then bothered to look into my order and informed me that they didn’t have the pies I ordered and it would be 15 minutes from then if I wanted them. I think that’s ridiculous because if they had checked when my order was submitted they could've had them made at this point. And the icing on the cake is that when we got home my husband bit into his quarter pounder and it was ice cold and completely raw. So great job to the fully staffed McDonald’s who couldn’t have cared less about the people who keep them employed.
