I went for the bogo deal and for starters the one girl at the window was rude and had a attitude and to top things off my pumpkin Cold foam chai lacked flavor and tasted like milk I always order this so I don’t know why it lacked flavor but They need to do better!

I've never had a problem before with service, usually it's excellent but the last time i went through the drive through the cashier never said a single word the whole interaction and it felt weird because I was there awkwardly for a minute waiting for the drink.

The dark haired girl at the window 8.27.23 was a complete assh??le. I go to Starbucks religiously many many times a day for my $8+ drink. Never a problem in years. She argued with me over cold foam, got an attitude and her manager had to redirect her. Or attempt to…he was great. While she snarled in the back ground staring like she wanting to try to jump through the window. Someone woke up on to early. Major coaching needed. I fear that these are the people that will end up in i one day with improper skills. Customer service is your number one seller there. I am very sad to say that you have one that needs extensive coaching. The store manager is absolutely amazing. She’s happy. She is wonderful the manager I spoke with today happy wonderful and every other employee smiling wonderful and genuinely nice. This barista did not make this personalized experience for me. She made me feel like a ? target. Such a sad day for Starbucks in my home town. :( yes

I usually mobile order from this location. My order is always correct and on time. Doesn't matter if I come in or do the drive thru, the staff are super friendly.
Wish my drink came with free refills. Should be for $9.66 a drink if I stayed in the restaurant.
