We came to the Tres Cafe, upon recommendation from the hotel manager where we stayed in Galesburg. Our breakfast was delicious & prepared perfectly. I had a build your own Omelet, with American Fries & a side of Corned Beef Hash. My companion had the Country Skillet.Our lovely server, was Miss Shirley, who is the owner, was very polite, professional, and just a Sweetheart.If you want a fantastic breakfast, while visiting Galesburg, come to the Tres Cafe!This restaurant has a real heart, for supporting the local Veterans.
