I do like when you use the app to order. They use your name. Then at the windows they use it again. Food when ordered or ordered grill is right. Rarely is it wrong

I'm not much of a McDonald's fan but we were traveling and decided to jump off the interstate and grab something to eat. We ordered a steak,egg and cheese McMuffin, a regular egg McMuffin, hash brown and a mocha frappe to go. Before we made it over to grab a few napkins they called our number, gave the us sack (we checked, everything correct!!! Even the strawberry jelly we had asked for!!!) As soon as we closed the sack up, our frappe was handed to us by a smiling crew member, followed by "have a great day!" We were so impressed we gave the crew cheers and applause!!I'm a firm believer in you should acknowledge good things not just pointing out only when things go wrong.I'm still not a fan of McDonald's but the people at this location make a stop worth it.

Went through the drive thru to get a fry and a water and when my sister and I got to the first window to pay. The guy at the window slowly gave my card back to my sister and then looked at her and said what are you doing in a weird way.

I work here and I get a free meal every day and I'm not that picky XD It's always tasty I think service could be a bit better but it's hard to train people up front (counter) because I feel it's a bit more chaotic than the back (kitchen) because in the kitchen it's so structured but when they throw you into the fire upfront it isn't as structured like there isn't an order to things and I feel a lot of employees may struggle with that but there's only so much the managers and gm and supervisor can do when the main priority is customers first training second as for ambiance it's quite nice our managers always say alright it's slow time for cleaning XD not like that but their nice about it ya know as for work culture I would absolutely recommend working here our gm is awesome and we got some great people and when you're dealing with some stuff at home some of my best friends were from here sooo hell yeah!!! XD

Breakfast Crew that I encountered were rude and dismissive. They have no problem talking about customers were we could see them. When Asked if they were talking about me the Manger said I could have my money back. All I was trying to find out is what beverage came with a meal without an upcharge. Whan I asked that the employee was instantly combative. All she had to say is coffee or a small fountain drink. Where has customer service gone!!!

Can’t figure out why it’s so hard to get a simple order right? Is the system so complicated that it surpasses the education level of its employees? If so, please find a manager that can train well educated employees correctly. I ordered a double cheeseburger with no onions last week, all I got in the bag was a single cheeseburger. I just went through the drive through today. 1/29/2024 @roughly 3:00pm and ordered two double cheeseburgers no onions and a medium coke. I received two single cheeseburgers loaded with onions, a large fry and a large coke. I’m having a serious problem understanding how these mistakes are so common? I have worked in the fast food industry. There is a serious lack of common sense among these incompetent employees. There’s no reason for this to continuously occur, NONE!! I’m done with this location.

Not sure why Geneseo's McDonald's is so expensive compared to others. Large iced coffee and a bacon, cheese mcdouble was $8.31. I also got a free "medium" fries with my order due to the app. Fries container was half full as pictured. Staff is friendly.
