What a disappointment. Went in to get a chocolate treat and was less than impressed. All the hype around being featured on Food Network was expecting so much more. Cake was so dry, and tasted like it was several days old. It was displayed & served in these plastic take out boxes so wh knows how long they sat there. Truffles were ok but nothing special. The only good thing in the whole place was the young lady that cashed us out. The rest of the experience will have me avoiding this place.

We had New Years Eve tea at ACK and it was nothing short of perfection. Esther and Team paid careful attention to every detail, creating the most relaxing ambience and serving up delicious food and superb tea. We try to do tea time whenever we are on a vacation as a special treat, and we've enjoyed many 'cuppas' across the globe. Tea at ACK topped them all. A can't miss experience!

Ok, I admit. There is such thing as too much chocolate. But it was too good to resist. ?

Wow, am I ticked off - I went in to buy giftcards and was in for shock when I got my credit card bill and discovered All Chocolate Kitchen charged an undisclosed 3% fee. This is the same establishment that told me to pay by credit card as they could not break the $100 bill I originally tried to pay with. So they charged me an undisclosed 3% fee when they insisted I pay in cash. What a bunch of low-life grifters.

This used to be a very popular place that served delicious cakes and chocolates. Now it’s a disaster. I ordered pizza quiche and it was simply disgusting. They served it cold and it tasted like vomit. I was trying to return this but they offer no refund, which is understandable, considering their food is trash now. Unfortunately, this place is gone for me.

beautiful place. very cozy and everything is very tasty. the music spoils the mood somewhat. Rock 'n' roll somehow doesn't fit with the atmosphere. you expect to hear calm music. especially something Christmas when there is less than a month left until Christmas.

Came in today and ordered a quiche Lorraine. It came out soggy and tasteless. I’ve had better quiche at Baker’s Square which is saying something. I complained (which I normally don’t do) and the woman working there (ALLISON) couldn’t do anything for me. No refund and no exchange for anything else. She said she could “leave a note” for the manager/owner because she “doesn’t know how to do a refund”. Clearly, I don’t think they wanted to give me a refund and I was super nice about it. It was a $10 quiche too. Pretty expensive for something that isn’t good quality. I am also really surprised that this place was on the “Food Network”. This is not a place for food - maybe just lattes/coffee. My friend ordered a traditional macchiato and the same girl behind the counter asked her “Do you even know what that is?” Just a super rude person - clearly shouldn’t work in customer service unless she’s poor or something and can’t get any other job - but she should really consider doing something else. We also asked for a cup of water and Allison said “We don’t do cups of water”. Dumb.

I didn't try any food or chocolate so ill give it 5 stars as they're not known for coffee. With that said, THE COFFEE IS TERRIBLE AND EXPENSIVE. Do not go here if you're looking for just coffee. Over $7 for a 16oz Latte and it was one of the worse.

Soo many great options. We arrived at about 2:30 on a Saturday between rushes and scored a comfy place to sit and enjoy the gelato. My favorite is the frozen chocolate and a classic cookie.

To experience something that came across as sneaky and/or underhanded was a surprise. Several things occurred: We paid for our gelato and, with credit card in-hand, asked the cashier to repeat the total amount being charged, and she confirmed it. The charge went through and no receipt was given so we asked for one. We received it, went home, and found that a surcharge for a credit card was added, AFTER the total was verbally confirmed to us. First, credit card charges are a part of doing business and should not be added on nor should it be done without the customers' knowledge and acceptance. Second, their prices are astronomical to begin with. Third, credit card companies' merchant Agreements typically do not allow a surcharge to customers. To add insult to injury, so to speak, when I asked for a gelato sample I was given the usual tiny spoon but with such a small amount of gelato (actually only about 2 centimeters!) that it only covered the perimiter of the that spoon. I didn't even see the gelato on there and had to take a double take. It was too small of gelato to even taste the flavor and I could only taste that awful "food-in-the-freezer" flavor. We mistakenly purchased anyway. Then, the two flavors requested and paid for were small and looked like something a little child would eat, not an adult nor someone paying a high price. Those actions gave reason to cease being customers. They hit a new low.

Wow. Amazing place. You might enter a sugar coma just walking in to this place... but it would be worth it. Pictures don't do it justice. The chocolates are delicious, coffee is good, and the atmosphere is fun.Kid-friendliness: Definitely bring the kids... just try to keep them from licking the walls. ?

Once a beacon of culinary delight, this establishment's former charm has gradually waned under the guise of new management. The once-flourishing experience has been marred by a series of regrettable alterations: an overhauled menu that abandons the very essence of its identity, the conspicuous absence of the owner's discerning touch, and a perplexing shift in the coffee temperature dynamics. The beverage, once a symphony of options spanning the spectrum from hot to cold, now languishes solely in the realm of warmth, without a discernible rationale. Regrettably, the metamorphosis along 3rd Street has not been kind to this chocolate haven, leaving a bitter aftertaste that echoes the sentiments of disappointed palates. All chocolate kitchen - you will be missed.
