They have a few kicks to work out. Ordered club no bacon and added onions which was not on list of ingredients. I was able to pick off. Order was 9.72 gave him 10 never go change. no big deal. his drawer will be over .28. Overall I will go back again. I could tell the flow was not there yet. Oh, when you walk in no one knows were to order. They need an order here & pick up here sign. hope they take all this as constructive feedback.

Ordered 2 bacon egg and cheese bagels, both with schemer, which you pay extra for (no problem) and 1 with no regular cheese. Neither bagel had schemer and both had regular cheese. Completely wrong order and didn't realize it until I got home because it was a to go order. What I did get was really good, just not what I ordered and paid extra for.

When I was there last week, the owner began yellIng at a customer after they asked when their order was coming. Terrible customer service, shocking and disappointing. Also, owner was constantly vaping and wearing open toed shoes. I also felt he was disrespectful to the employees. As far as bagels go, they are all right. Certainly not NY Style. Might as well stick to Panera. Bagels are clearly not boiled and not steamed long enough. Furthermore, not enough cream cheese.

I was really excited to try this place. I love supporting local businesses. It was very confusing to understand how the flow worked for ordering & paying. Which is fine I understand having to work out some kinks when a new restaurants open, but there were no signs or anything that said where to order what and the workers seemed frustrated if you didn’t know. The older lady there was insanely rude. Both me & my boyfriend thought she called my name for the order ready, but it turns out she said another name. She then yelled the other name at me like I was a 5 year old.Just really disappointed

FINALLY New York bagels near me. I've lived in Jersey in the past and have missed these more than words can express. I tried them out and have been going every morning since.

Friendly service but was disappointed in the product I received for what I paid. Just did not justify over $10 for a Rather small portion of lox’s On an overly toasted bagel.

This place was awesome and even as busy as they were it was super efficient. I unfortunately missed out on the Cheddar Jalapeno Bagel but this Ruben on the Cheddar Bagel more than made up for it.

Came at 12:30 they were out of almost everything. They were not trying to replace inventory. They admitted to shutting down online orders also. We order a Ruben-toasted. Barely and cornbeef, severed Cold! Cold cheese and we had to look for the dressing. In short, they don't know how to make a Ruben! Only 2 tables to eat at and one had an employee laptop sitting unattended. Tables were not clean

The sesame bagel was tough, somewhat dry, and a bit overcooked. It was lacking in flavor too. There was hardly any scallion cream cheese. It was minimally covered. I would definitely not call it a "shmear". The steamed ham, egg and cheese bagel was cold. The cheese was not melted. The door kept opening (due to the sensor - not people coming in) while we were standing there and it was cold and irritating. The flow of ordering and paying was not smooth. A bit pricy too - $15 for 1 bagel with shmear and one egg, ham, and cheese sandwich.I was disappointed they didn't have vegetable cream cheese.Overall the experience was mediocre.
