Second time my order contained no meat. Third time my pickup order was 15 minutes past pickup time. What’s the point of customizing a burrito bowl if the person preparing the item consistently disregards your requests and fills your bowl with a pound of rice instead of following directions?

I love Chipotle. My only issue with this place is the location. It's kinda hard finding a parking space as the strip mall itself is fairly small. Avoid rush hours (noon, 5 pm) and you'll be fine.

I have always found this location to be generous on the portions and quick with getting through the line. Dining area needed a good cleaning but I'm guessing they are facing staffing issues like most establishments. Still very tasty!

Went from 5 stars to 1 and let me explain:Adding rice to my burrito that I didn't ask for a way to hide the fact that you barely put any protein on your burritos? At first I thought my husband accidently ordered rice but receipt and the app showed the correct order. So much rice I might as well have gotten a rice burrito. Meat is buried and I had to really examine to see if they put meat in this burrito. And I paid for extra protein. Picked up an order just to come home disappointed and hungry. Husband felt bad and asked if he wanted to me to get another one. Just to drive 20 mins back and forth to fix this mess and have him wait to eat his. Lost my appetite. And where are the other toppings I added? This place has gone downhill. Don't order online. Go physically in the store so they don't mess up your order. They're consistently doing this and I refuse to eat here again. Next chipotle is closer but I think I'll go authentic. At least authentic Mexican resturants don't have rice in their burritos. What an absolute joke!

Always something wrong with this place. Don’t ever order extra protein because they’ll give you normal portions. Go to the chipotle on Randall by Meijer way better.

I totally understand the negative reviews but the best I can say is, its just a bunch of high school kids doing their best.How many times have I ordered "double meat" on-line just to get home and go.... oh... ok, glad I paid extra for something you didn't give me. Its like, are the managers paying the kids commissions to not give as much food out or something? Why is it such a problem? Seriously, I am legitimately asking if they get more money if they have extra food to throw away at the end of the night.It sucks having to play the game of asking for meat, then when they slide it down the line ask for double meat because they already showed their hand. But when you pay an extra $4.00 you better keep that in check.Are the negative reviews true? Yes.Are you paying a bunch of high-schoolers to "do their best"? also Yes.Give them a break.

Horrible food prep. Bowl had a half an inch of liquid at bottom. No human answers the phone.
I sent my employee here to get 2 burrito bowls. Granted we got double meat ( chicken ). However the total for both bowls with tax was $41 . The excuse was the price of the meat went up today. I like the food but $40 for two bowls was ridiculous.

The bathrooms are now gender neutral at this Chipotle. We dined in and there were a bunch of high school aged boys in the store. I am the mom to girls ages 13, 11, and 10 who were dining with me. My 10 year old needed to use the bathroom, and had to wait for these high school boys to clear out because they had gone in to the bathrooms before her. My daughter was really uncomfortable waiting to use a bathroom big boys were using, and not a little freaked out that there was a urinal in the first bathroom that came available. Expecting little girls to be comfortable sharing bathrooms with rambunctious high school boys is completely inappropriate. Please return your bathrooms to “male” and “female.” Thank you.

This location needs to suspend online ordering until they can figure out a system. I live right down the street and I have been using this location for a couple of years. Every time I order online it’s late, skimped on the food and extremely disorganized. When I try to go in and order in person I have to sit and watch my chicken rice and beans get ice cold as an infinite amount of mobile orders continue to cut in front of my food. You cannot go to this chipotle without there being an issue whether you order online or in person. Management needs to fix this location, as the employees are always flustered because they clearly do not have a system.

Would've loved if they told me my food was ready via DoorDash. I waited an hour longer than I was supposed to, only to drive there, get my order, a d have it cold.
