I always loved going to Five Guys but the one in Geneva IL 60134 is always a great experience. Good Burgers and Fries at a reasonable price! Sales Associate Jaxon Vandermolen was very helpful and made sure my order was 100% correct and even asked questions to make sure everything would be good for the customer. Mr Vandermolen was extremely helpful and very kind. I just have to come back! Thank You for years of great food and service!

Sloppy supposed little burger with one giant patty all pink inside. Looked like the chef was angry cooking. My lettuce and green pepper were sloppy and disgustingly huge. Poor cooked.

The food is good. Burgers are great, and they give you tons of fries. Downfall? It's waaay too EXPENSIVE! Burger fry and shake was over $25!! Customer service needs some work. Especially attention to order details. Ordered a Vanilla shake, didn't get it. I normally don't get a drink as I have water back at work. So it slipped my mind that it was ordered. It happens. But why didn't they make it is the bigger question? I did pay for it. Asked for refund over phone (back at work) and was told to come in. Can't do that. I felt there was no accountability and they wanted me to use my gas, my time for a simple Visa refund. Lesson learned.

I’ve never been to five guys before and lemme tell ya. It is good. I pulled in on Friday night and had hard time finding parking spot. Surprisingly it wasn’t too crowded inside I think it’s just a layout of Geneva commons “ downtown strip” part. A lot of people get dinner on Friday night and all the restaurants are back to back to each other in a small area.The food was good. It’s crazy how fast 5 employees aka 5 guys can work in a high pace environment. The fries were awesome. I air fried leftovers the next day for breakfast and for dinner. The burger was cooked just the way it is supposed to. My husband called this place a Chipotle of Taco Bell but American cuisine. Love it. What have I been waiting for 28 years ?
