I've been going to this place for years. I ordered some rolls, and they were delicious; however, I don't know what the deal is here. Since COVID, they are closed to the public. You can't go in and browse, you have to call and place your order ahead of time. Furthermore, when I went to pick up my order - they had a baby gate blocking off the entrance. People on Facebook have been asking about when they're opening back up like normal, and the comments mysteriously disappear. Unfortunately, I think the decision to operate this way is going to have bad results. Honestly though, I won't go back because this is just so unfriendly to customers. Also, their prices have gone up and I think they're overpriced now. It's sad, because I really did used to love this place. No more business from me. :(

This place used to be my very favorite place. I am so sad to see that it has slipped so badly. You can no longer go into the bakery, but have to call from your car and order, and then wait while reading all the signs about wearing a mask and 6-foot distancing when you go to the door to pay. No, I'm not kidding. (The CDC themselves published a long time ago that masks don't work, and literally no one is requiring them anymore.) Needless to say, I didn't wear one. Paying at the door is also awkward. Unfortunately, they didn't have the pastries I wanted in stock, and even then, I ordered 2 different pastries and one of them was not what I ordered (sadly, I ordered one apple and one cheese ... and one of them I got was cherry which I'm allergic to), so half my purchase was a waste. If you're going to have a model like this at least get the order right. The women in my group no longer go there because of the sheer inconvenience. We all would love to come back here again, but you need to change back to a normal business model or none of us will be returning. Please change back .... we loved Heidi's the way it used to be!!!! Your pastries are outstanding.... they really are, but your business model needs to be much more convenient and not so antiquated.

Despite hours being listed as open Tuesday-Friday 9-1pm, they are not open. Unless the new definition of “open” is a locked door with scribbled signs that read “call this number if you want to pick up”. This lovely bakery once actually unlocked their front door so that customers could enter. They once had delicious already made cakes for same day birthdays. Lovely cookies, danishes, and other treats. Apparently, they are still on lockdown due to Covid. If that’s the case, it would be appreciated if they adjusted their hours so that customers would not be inconvenienced.Heidi’s Bakery: closed 7 days a week, but give us a call if you want something.Lastly: newsflash- Covid lockdowns are over. Open your doors & we will gladly purchase your bakery goods.

Special ordered birthday cake 1.5 weeks in advance.It tastes and feels like it was frozen before being decorated because it was crumbly and dry.I could eat my weight in cake but not this one. Couldn’t eat bad cake. It was not even up to par with Jewel.Gorgeous decoration, but common American name misspelled. She offered to fix it but I was only there to pick it up and had no extra time. I didn’t build in “fix the mistake time”. She said it would take a couple minutes. She offered a few times. I paid the premium price because they have been exceptional before the pandemic.My child said “I’ve wanted a special Heidi’s cake for years and they misspell my name and it’s dry.”$60 hard earned dollars literally in the trash.

I’ve frozen cake and it tasted the same. This is NOT the same quality of pre-pandemic. Misspelled Thomas as Tomas. Really? Only cash $60 for 10” cake that was awful.

I highly recommend Heidi’s Cake &Pasty!!! You guys were a life saver today. Long story short I order a cake from another baker 3 months ago for my daughters sweet 16th birthday party tomorrow. He canceled on me this morning. You guys came to my rescue and had a criminal minds cake ready for me in a few hours! You have gained my business and my whole family’s business! I cant stop thanking you!!!
Can't share my experience with the baked goods because they are not open despite the information stating they are. Their door says they close at 1 and accept no walk up orders. It is correct on FB but that's not the first thing that comes up.
