Just ordered delivery cost us $47$8 delivery feeMy flour wrap was hard and stale - the beef was rotten and I added cheese for a $2 fee and it did not come with cheese horrible gross sandwich my hubby added extra bacon and charged us $2 fee no bacon at all !!!

Awful location. Had to have them remake my sandwich because they put another meat and cheese I didn’t want on my sandwich. The second time, on my just salami and sauce sandwich, there is a piece of mystery meat in it! Disgustinggg as a picky eater. Oh and all this was after they made me try 10 times to pay on different machines because their system wasn’t working. Soo dissapppinted, grossed out, and hungry bc I couldn’t finish my disgusting sandwich (the salami also seemed old)

Read the reviews, they do not lie. This is the worst Jimmy John’s in the area. Save your money and aggrivation and frequent another business. Nothing will change until customers stop supporting this store.

The girl in front who might be a manager not sure … if she worked for me I would have fired her within 30 seconds with that arrogant attitude … rolls her eyes doesn’t smile gets mad when taking my order looks annoyed .. I let that slide … I ordered tuna sandwich and 2 slim ham sandwiches . The tuna was dark and dry and seemed old like bottom of the barrel … I legit took one bite … one .. I went up front nicely and told the young man the tuna didn’t taste well and was dry and asked if I could get a Vito sandwich instead … she interrupted the conversation and said what’s the problem ? I told her it was dry and old and didn’t taste well and she proceeded to give me yet again nasty attitude and said well whatever we made it yesterday so … I said well .. if that’s true check it and try it yourself it doesn’t taste well and I’m not happy … she then said well I can’t take your food you bit into it .. I said ok I’m here to show you it so you can see it .. check your tuna .. and that I took a bite she snatched it out of my hands and tossed it and said fine this one time I’ll make an acception .. I said acception for what ?? I paid … this doesn’t taste good I’m nice about it and asking for a Vito sandwich instead .. I told her your mean and rude how you speak .. she ignored and answered the phone . I would never come back looking at that face and that attitude no customer service skills at all and to talk to customers as if they are beneath her and I owe her something . Been in restaurant buisness over 20 years and I would fire her so fast to speak to people like that .

I ordered a slim #6 veggie for lunch, not realizing until I took a bite that it was only bread and cheese. I usually go to Jersey Mike's and order a mini, so was thinking a slim was a smaller version of the regular size. I went back to ask for veggies, but was rudely told by the employee I have to pay for a new sandwich because I took a bite out of it. I was frustrated with her response/attitude and upset she made me pay $8.50 for a new sandwich after already paying $6.50. If anything she should have only charged me the difference. Needless to say she shouldn't be working in a customer facing role.

Don't go here. Worst customer service I've ever had!! Ordered in person for take out. Got home to wrong order. Immediately called and talked to manager (since I was unable to go back in person due to a appointment I had to be at) to correct the problem. First off Manager-- refused to give me his name stating "It was corporate policy that he was not allowed to". Secondly he refused to admit that his employee made a mistake entering and making the wrong order. Only solution put forward was to go all the way back to get correct sandwiches made (which I was unable to do)_. Will never go back there, but I doubt they even care they've lost another customer.

I couldn’t place order online for delivery and for some reason their website was down! I immediately called a spoke to friendly voice (Caleb) he took my order. He was extremely polite and helpful and was apologetic about their website being down! Hopefully they will get it fixed but overall 5+ stars for their service!

I wish I read the other reviews before I stopped here. Not only is this the most expensive Jimmy John's that I have been to....average sandwich is $1 more than others, my sandwich was absolutely drenched in mayonnaise and ended up being a soggy mess. I ended up throwing out for than half the gargantuan sandwich that I paid for than $20 for. Skip this place.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS STORE!!! THEY CONFITMED A DOOR DASH ORDER, THEN CALLED AND SAID THEY COULDN'T DELIVER. I asked if they would make sure to credit me back, but never did. They STOLE MY MONEY!! When I tried to contact them directly, they would not even respond. I am reporting them to BBB! STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE!!!

Everything time I order from here, always understaffed. They have one driver for deliveries. They needed to redo my order. Was delivered but not to my address. Paid $35 and waited for over an hour. Wish I could get my money back.
