The team here is so amazing! I went in for the first time with my parents and we had so much fun chatting with the team and looking around. They have a ton of options and even fresh popcorn. We got a variety of chocolate goodies and the things I tried were perfection.

Great location. Awesome staff. Very friendly and helpful. Ice cream is yummy. Superman, blue moon, peanut butter, toasted coconut and classic vanilla are our favorites. Fudge is soft and delicious ? Salted caramel, turtle, peanut butter are our favorite fudges.Kid-friendliness: Tables and chairs to enjoy treats. Special bar/counter seating to watch the magic happen.Wheelchair accessibility: Space in the aisles for wheel chairs and walkers. Handicap restrooms. No auto open door. Need someone to open it for you.

If you don't want to be ripped off, don't go! Asked to sample, were stopped at 2. Chose kids size scoop in a plastic cup. It was the tiniest portion we've ever seen and were charged $7, no waffle cone or anything extra. Can't imagine how much is a normal sized cone there. $15? When I voiced my concern with the owner/manager over the size of that scoop and a sky high price, she said there's no point of arguing that. This was us revisiting after 7 years, she has been unhelpful in the past with accommodating my son's peanut allergy. Just always annoyed and unhelpful. What a rip off. Still shocked. Never again.

Asked to sample their ice cream. Server immediately states you can only sample two flavors. Guessing that's because it's so expensive. Paid $8 for scoop of ice cream plus a suggested tip, so $9. The ice cream was just ok, seemed to me like it's been sitting a while probably because not many people want to spend $9 for a scoop of ice cream. I think it was terribly over priced and I do not recommend. Also, if you and intend to use their rest room have fun trying to use the toilet paper!
