The pizza was good. Nice staff and seating. The gift shop across from it is a good place to stop. This place is a good place for a quick bite to eat.

I hosted a party here for my sister and it was wonderful, Esther is truly a pro! She was warm, professional and went above and beyond to make our event extremely special. The food was excellent and we got so many compliments on the party. I highly recommend Primo!

The guy making my pizza acted annoyed and was tossing things around. He was not friendly at all. I would recommend mod pizza for better service.

I hosted a baby shower a few weeks ago at Primo/All Chocolate Kitchen. It was done completely safely in the age of Covid. The owner, Esther had the dining room set up for extra ra social distancing and we also had the use of an adjacent room for gift opening and games. The whole area was disinfected prior to our event. Now that I have discussed the safety aspect , the event was fabulous. Esther has the most wonderful areas for decorating, hosting and other surprises. We had the High Tea and it was as beautiful as it was delicious. We were never rushed and Esther anticipated every need before and during the event. We had the most delicious and beautifully elegant shower.

Apparently they don't need any business because I've left messages trying to make a reservation for afternoon tea but no one cares about calling back. Taking my business elsewhere.

Cancelled our Anniversary Dinner reservations at Fiora's for Primo. We had visions of a delicious romantic dinner followed by legendary Chef Robey's desserts with coffee and maybe a few cocktails or wine. Met at hostess stand by owner and graciously welcomed & given brief tour of chocolate art & overview of restaurant. She congratulated us on our anniversary and thanked us for choosing Primo. It is a charming tiny space. We were seated at 2 top in middle aisle less than a foot from 2 top next to us. They were finishing dessert so luckily they left because it was almost a "communal table". Soon realized that the 2 empty 4 tops were reserved & and long 10 top next top must be for a big group later. Food was delicious. Waitress was young, inexperienced and forgetful. Forgot water, left menus on table. Then the wheels began to melt off the chocolate cart...apparently young waitresses are also bartenders and must craft each cocktail with fresh squeezed juices by hand while trying to waitress. After a long time behind the bar, she emerges with 2 beautiful martinis & in passing says, "I'll be back with yours in a minute.." Minutes turned into more minutes until she returns this time with a stack of tea bags that she plops in front of my husband to select for his iced tea. No mention of my cocktail. Finally returns sans cocktail with DH's freshly brewed iced tea in a PLASTIC TO GO CUP WITH LID & A PAPER STRIPED STRAW? What? Actually wt..? Still can't figure out the thought behind that?? Now the delicious cocktail arrives and orders are placed. She's not sure if we can ask for vegetables instead of rice-"don't know I'll have to check on that"..never does? Again long wait for apps. How could such a tiny place with a 2 top and a 4 top for current orders be so slow? See flurry of activity at big empty 10 top, candles being lit, app trays being placed, etc. Is this the reason the kitchen is slow...trying to prep for a big party due any minute? Our apps finally arrive. We are enjoying thoughtful and delicious charcuterie board when SNAP, FLASH..the paparazzi arrives. Yes a photographer with a full flash snapping photos right next to us of an EMPTY 10 top & restaurant interior. What? Next owner bumps by us and starts lifting the now departed 2 top next to us, chairs over our head, apologizes as doors open and 12 loud, over-served bachelorette party & bride- to- be clamor in with paparazzi guy popping flash bulb like a red carpet D-lister event. We are barely into our entree. Could it get any worse? Yes. Now bridey starts opening gifts and proclaiming she loves her red sequined pasties and other "unmentionables" to the entire table (and thus the entire restaurant..this is a TINY space). We are visibly annoyed, as are the party behind us, and the once attentive, gracious, owner will not make eye contact with us..yes it's that small. Finally young waitress bops over and plops down dessert menus. This should have been the most anticipated moment of our meal. Who can resist Chef Robey's legendary desserts with fine crafted coffee? Maybe they will have something special for our anniversary to send out? Maybe the owner will walk the 10 steps over to our table and apologize for what is now a loud, party of 'girls just wanna have fun' that she booked during dinner hour? NO...nothing. Apparently, a bachelorette party of 12 is more valued during Sat dinner hour than 2 locals that were hoping to find another favorite Geneva restaurant to frequent for dinners, brunches & high-tea. We declined the desserts, coffee, and after-dinner cocktails & escaped. We strolled down 3rd St to get coffee at 318 and dessert at Graham's. We sat on the bench outside across the street from Fiori's packed patio & enjoyed the last set of the "Flat Cats" live swing ensemble, recalling the irony of our cancelled reservation. After 28 yrs of marriage this will be another story that we can laugh at later.

Small place but amazing. The food the wine service all 10s. The all chocolate kitchen is a must see. Once you go there it's for sure that your going back.

Each time I have eaten here, I have been dazzled! Went with friends and shared pork belly, short ribs, carbonara, and a pasta special and every morsel was to die for. The dessert was a trio of creek brûlée and the flavor and texture were surreal. The chocolate martini is the finest I have ever had, hands down. Chef Roby was cooking and his wife is the commensurate hostess. This place is a gem and completely worth the splurge.

We had another fabulous dinner at Primo in Geneva on Saturday night. My friend and I love the ambiance and seclusion that we feel inside the restaurant. We both had specials and they are a must see! Ester is my absolute favorite hostess. I would recommend again & again! You gotta try it!

The food, atmosphere, and service were incredible. Wonderful evening out. We made our own charcuterie plate, and split 2 entrees. Everything was delicious, and cannot wait to go back!

Chic and romantic little gem with very attentive staff and very good food and drinks. The food portions and timing were excellent. The attention to detail in the decor and food presentation made the dining experience memorable.
