Pizza LOOKS fantastic. We had pesto chicken and was a bit underwhelmed by bland chicken, but will go back to try a different kind. All handmade and you can watch them load 'em up.This Pizza spot shares it's premises with two other 'storefront' restaurants. 'That Burger Joint' & 'Oberweis ice cream'. Great concept as you may be able to please more people in your group. Even if it's a tiny group, tastes can vary a lot. Boasts one large dining area with tall ceiling and windows. We conveniently ordered a sampling from all 3 at one register.

I usually have a great time when i come and i order the margarita pizza with a hot chocolate. This time i decided to order a pesto chicken pizza and i added marinara sauce. I had to send the pizza back 2 times before they could give me that. The first time they gave me a normal pesto chicken pizza, no marinara. The second time they gave me a chicken pizza with marinara sauce instead of pesto. I usually love the service but the two ladies working at wood grain today need to get it together! The worker named Adriane was touching her phone with her black gloves on then using the same gloves to touch the pizza. I think the employees may need extra training. I love this place but this was a terrible experience.

Much better gluten free crust than other places in Geneva. And we loved the loaded fries too. Both gluten free. Don't know why it took us so long to try it out! We'll definitely be back!

Had the Marguerita pizza. Crust was a bit doughy and the flavor was nothing to write home about. Balsamic dressing was almost as thick as mayonnaise which made it hard to eat on a salad. They stopped serving a plant-based/vegan burger option. No one at the counter to take our order for a couple minutes, but the person who showed up was friendly and helpful. Atmosphere like a fast, small food court place, which it is. Probably will only go for the ice cream side in the future.

I used to love this place. My first experiences were in Wheaton - wonderful. I've gone here to Geneva three times and each time it's bad. Service is just horrible. today I put my order in online for curbside. They said it would be ready in 20 minutes. It takes them 3-4 minutes to make a pizza and about 90 seconds to cook it and it's not busy, so I was a little confused but OK. So I'm waiting in my car outside the place. It's 21 minutes and no one comes. I went in asked about my pizza and the guy says, oh it's over there. I said, how long has it been sitting there? He said oh only about five minutes! And no one brought it out. Didn't apologize, nothing. And my thick gluten free crust that I used to love - - now thin and disappointing. It's not the same pizza I used to order. Each time I've been there customer service is terrible, which is why I ordered curbside- so I didn't have to deal with them! Arrogant entitled kids running the place, I've never seen a 'grown up' manager there.

I waited 45-60 minutes for my food. I was told several times by a lead that it would be out soon, she even came and took my receipt saying she’d refund me for my order. She never returned with my receipt or my food. My mom had heard her tell the kitchen staff to make my food and still after 20-30 minutes it wasn’t out. I had to go inside to find her and tell her my food still hadn’t come out. She repeated my order to me and told the kitchen staff to make it. One of the members of the staff then told me my ticket was the next one and acted like they were making the food in the order that they received the orders. I told her that I had seen MANY people come in, order, eat, and leave in the time that I had been waiting for my food. However, she ignored me. I had to stand at the kitchen entrance to ensure my food was made. Now today, I see that I was never even refunded like I was told I would be. No manager ever came to speak to me, no one acknowledged how long I had to wait, and when I was trying to express my concerns I was ignored. Very frustrating experience.I’ve been here several other times because it has Oberweis and That Burger Joint attached to it. It also has a fun playground for the children in my family. Usually we have a pretty good experience other than it being pretty dirty inside and they often do not restock items as needed (e.g., lids, silverware, drinks, etc.). This is something I can look beyond though. But, after my most recent experience, I don’t know if I will return.

Two of the parmesan cheese shakers had mold in them. Once we found out, they thanked us and remade our pizza. We appreciate their quick service to remake our pizzas. This was a fluke as usually everything is amazing.
