I ordered fish with lettuce and tarter sauce, I got fish with tarter only,way to much sauce ! also ordered hamburger plain,it definitely was not plain,it had bacon,tarter sauce and so much cheese you could barely see the meat! fries we're just "ok"! I might add buns were so tough they were unedible! Will not be going back soon!

I would only go to one Dairy Queen when in Champaign, and then those owners came here to run our DQ. Love Paul and Paula and their kids!. I'm also so glad they have not changed the pulled pork as other DQs have. The new paint outside is beautiful! Of course, the ice cream treats are the best!

Went through the the drive thru and lady taking my order didn’t listen to what I was even saying I ordered my meal with a Pepsi. She never repeated the order back and I told my wife watch they will forget the Pepsi. So we get to the window and she take my card for payment and doesn’t even give me the chance to ask her if my Pepsi got added to the order or to even ask for ketchup she just shuts the window after saying pull ahead and won’t reopen the window. Guy brings our food out and I was like I’m not sure if the lady heard me but we did ask for a Pepsi and we would like ketchup. He made a weird grumbling noise then went back in and came out with ketchup ignoring the Pepsi we asked about so my wife spoke up and said we would like a Pepsi since we asked for it. He’s like it wasn’t on the order so you’d need to either come back in or go around the drive thru and order it. We were in a hurry so we said forget it we just won’t be back and drove off.

I usually have great service by them but this last trip there I had to repeat my order 2 times. I had to then return to the store because my order was wrong. When I returned to the store I was told I was wrong and I had to pay a second time just to get the correct food. After going back out was still wrong but know I am to tired to go back a 3rd time to try to get the correct things.

What's not to love about dairy queen. The restaurant is very clean and the staff is awesome. The food is always oh so good. But my favorite is the Reese's peanut butter blizzard. Hands down my favorite ?

CUSTOMERS BEWARE!!! GO TO MCDONALD'S!!! We are from an hour away and we were in town for a night at the Drive in movies. We decided to grab some dinner at your establishment and take it to the movies with us. Once we paid over $40, parked and started to hand out dinner to the kids we noticed we were short a chicken strip combo meal, but instead received a SHRIMP combo meal. ? None of our kids will eat shrimp!! I called the DQ and spoke with the owner, only to be told all she could do was offer a replacement! I explained to her we were paid n parked at the drive inn and could not leave until the movie was over. (Dq closes at 730pm, And the movie was playing til 8pm) We couldn't leave as we'd have to pay admission again and lose our parking space! I even asked her to credit my card she had on file and she said she wouldn't! She was NOT sympathetic, And hung up on me after I told her I was going to give her a bad review! So here it is...We will NEVER be back to this DQ...Ever.

My family went there before we watched a movie that we drove an hr for and they totally messed up our order. My wife called the restaurant and the manager of the place didn’t even care, she kept on interrupting us on the phone, few people on the staff wasn’t friendly, we will not be going there again. Horrible service?Parking: Will not go there again

This place used to be the Dairy Queen to go to. Ever since it was taken over by new owners the food has really dropped off the map. It all tastes the same...kind of like grease and salt only. The cheese is always melted off the burger like it was microwaved to melt it. Just not good anymore.
