Order honey chicken combo and was served sweet and sour chicken. When I called I was told they could make me a side of honey sauce for the cplain chicken I was served and was charged extra for the fried rice that was supposed to come with it. We will not return.

We were awed by the 4s and driving through Gillespie on a long trip so stopped. Upon entering we knew It’s more of a takeout place. Without any directions regarding what to do we waited at the counter. I asked about menu choices and was handed a menu. as I stood there others came in standing behind me waiting to order. Looking the menu over she tried to hurry me up looking at those behind me. I hurriedly ordered honey chicken and beef pepper steak (small for $8) and asked about drinks. She pointed me to can sodas in a fridge on the wall. Few choices and no sugar free. We found a table (one of six) and sat down. The large serving (not what we ordered and $9.50) came out relatively quickly and fresh. The large was ample food. I had a full serving left over. First thing we noticed was no silverware. I went searching with no one to assist and saw along the wall all the carry out condiments and plastic ware. Very, small, hardly useable plastic forks and tiny pouches of sauce that required repeated opening. Tasted the food and it was hot, fresh, plentiful, and tasteless. No matter what I added it just had little flavor. Very disappointed. When we finished we were expected to clean up after ourselves and ask for a carry out container which had a broken lid. All of this was done after paying and responding positively to the electronic request for a tip. Dinners were $9.50 each, soda $1.15 each can, tax a couple dollars and tip about 4 which came to the total shown in photos around $28. Im not sure why 4 stars but k ow there’s lots of places to try so we won’t be back

Really great good and extremely generous portions, they have to staple the top of the Chinese takeout boxes because it is stuffed, menu could seem a tad pricey for some but for how much you get it’s a deal, could easily feed two with one dinner order if you both eat rice. Very friendly staff. Always pleased when I order here.

I love this Chinese restaurant. Their rice is a little dry sometimes but everything else that my family has tried has been top notch and delish!

In my opinion it is the best place to eat in that whole entire town the food there is fresh and the portions are very largeVegetarian options: All vegetables there are fresh chopped and cooked to order no canned food whatsoeverKid-friendliness: They have coloring books for the kids along with high chairs for the little onesWheelchair accessibility: Parked right off the street easy to get to not very crowded

We ordered General Tso's chicken and the Honey chicken. Both were very good. Although, the broccoli with the General Tso's was cold. Service was ok, they more wanted us to take care of ourselves. Atmosphere not great, but overall experience was good.

I use to eat at chinatown in Litchfield but I & my wife & our 3 kids tried this for dinner and this is our new place. Crabragoon are THE BEST, they are real not those fake ones. Nothing negative to sayKid-friendliness: One word : noodles, a child's safe food

I tried their general tsos for the first time and didn’t like it too much but everything else is always so good and a good price.

My favorite Chinese food in Macoupin county. I always get 2 quarts hot sour soup and house special large chop suey with pork fried rice. Always eat there when at our lake home.

Food always tastes great. Trouble is ordering by phone. I try ordering party sized to feed entire family and add some extra pork fried rice. I left today with a meal for 1.
