My son's Autistic and our past time lately has been going to different pizza parlors (Y) cause it keeps a smile on his face. So every pizza parlor we go to Atticus always let's me know if he can get a photo of the pizza oven until tonight we have never been turned away here at Romas in GILLESPIE IL. Pizza man pizza in Litchfield let him take a photo plus gave him a free t-shirt. Nick's pizza invited my son into the kitchen to help make the pizza we ordered I could go on and on. All I asked the lady to do is just take a photo but she would not. So I tricked my son and went through the alley and the restaurant next door let me snap a photo. I hope they never have a Autistic child one day then and only then they will see what the big deal is.

Aside from having no menu available despite offering delivery, the woman who answers the phone is extremely rude. I tried to place an order for delivery - they're only 4 miles away - to only be told they don't deliver to my area and haven't for a year or so. When I tried to explain that they actually had delivered to me not that long ago, she rudely cut me off and hung up. Not sure what the point of offering delivery is if you're apparently only going to deliever to people who can walk to you, but they can certainly do better without rude employees.Guess their goal is to make Rocco's Italian Pizzeria more money because they definitely have the better service and an actual menu you can read online.

Pizza is average. The big problem is that a large pizza is over $20, and I can eat a whole large pizza myself (I’m not a big guy, the crust is paper thin). So it’s not an option if you are on a budget. Also, they always say it will be 40-45 minutes for delivery. Most of the time they deliver in 20 minutes. It would be nice to have an accurate delivery time. One time I took a shower because I thought I had 45 minutes, but they came in 20 and I missed my delivery. Sad, I was hungry that night.

The pizza is alright. NEVER use the online order option because it is not Roma's approved. I ordered online, the order was messed up , and the owner told me there was no way I could have ordered online. Possibly the worst experience I have ever had with ordering pizza. On the bright side, they delivered our order fairly quickly.
