So.went thru drive thru at 615pm ordered a basic cheese pizza. Paid and was told to park. At 640pm I had to call and ask if my pizza was coming. The guy asked and I heard a female worker state its going in the oven right now.???? 25 minutes and its not even in the oven??? So I asked how long to.cook, he said 5 minutes. So all in all hot and ready pizza took 50 minutes. Never again

I came here tonight from leaving dominos up the road (which I left due to bad hygiene practices as well as extremely bad communication). I was frustrated but needed dinner for my kids. So I came into lil ceasers here and was met by Andrew A. He was so thorough, communicative and didn’t take my edgy tone personal. (To which I explained to him my prior frustration and thanked him profusely for his phenomenal customer service). Their food is supremely fresh, delicious, and above all else, the service (especially from Andrew) was authentic and above and beyond AMAZING? I give this location and this worker 10 stars! ???

Let me tell you this lady who works there (drive Thu) was so nice! She gave my kiddo cookies too! The pizza is the best LC we’ve had! Thanks so much and thanks for the compliment on my grey hair. You are good energy. Quick - good prices and hot ! Also GO Cheifs !!! ❤️?❤️ 2024 Super Bowl is tomorrow tip also - ask for extra parmesan on the bread sticks they are ? like that

To wait 20 mins for a hot and ready 7 dollar pizza is my fault, I should have left. Service is poor, from the greeting and throughout... just not a good place to go. Its a last option for me, the last option.

Although my pizzas were not to my liking when I ordered and received them, the manager was gracious enough to apologize and replace them. I order specific pizzas with no sauce due to dietary restrictions. When I received the first pizzas they were quite overcooked and burnt. I called and let the restaurant know of the problems. They remade my pizzas and even gave me an extra one along with their apologies. Very good customer service.
I love their pizza! I suggest to order online and then wait 30 min before going to pick it up as the service takes a while. I also suggest to pick light sauce and the crazy bread stuffed crust! The Italian cheese bread is also amazing! Make sure to check your food before you leave as sometimes they will mess it up.

Called multiple times to place an order and kept getting hung up on. I finally drove there to order and customer service was not the greatest. I got my pizza just to see it thrown together with what looks like a whole pack of pepperonis on one pizza. I understand wanting to go home but there’s no reason to stop answering an hour before close. Im not sitting here picking pepperonis off my pizza and wiping away all the pizza sauce used to throw this together.

Ordered pizza and it was raw. Had to come home and cook it ourselves. We were told to call the 1-800 number which we did and they reached out to the store 2 times to try and get the issue resolved and both times they said the store should reach out to us within 24 hours. They never did. Needless to say they have lost our business for good
