Pretzels were good, a little dry/ chewy. They weren't hot, like I hoped they'd be.I will try them again.Just a heads up ... they charge for mustard! A small round cup (like you put ketchup in at Culver's) was $2.50! Better save up your mustard packets! Lol
Place looks clean, friendly staff, delicious treats at an affordable price.My only issue is, on heavy traffic days is difficult to reach the establishment and parking lot is of triangular shape, cars coming in and out is a hassle.UPS store is right beside it, inconsiderate drivers in a hurry for drop off will drive without caring, exercise caution driving to and from the place.I really do not know the bad feedback, to me the pretzels had good flavor, no weird after taste. The salt was not over bearing, the cheese complemented well not overtaking the pretzel flavor.I was impressed on the affordable prices.Do be aware, ONE pretzel is the shape of a figure 8. We ordered three and was more than enough for two, almost $6 out the door is super good deal, highly recommend.At any other pretzel franchise easily would have been 12 to 15 dollars, this store offers the same treats at a fraction of the cost.I will go back to Pretzel and Pretzel again.We were in the area to buy something at a nearby electronic store, and decided to give it a try, we both were satisfied with overall service, product and prices.Only thing, be careful when finding parking.*Store honors military discount.Parking: Parking lot is in a corner intersection, entrances from both sides, plus there is a carrier drip box store and drivers drive in and out to drop items in a hurry without looking.As long as you drive slowly in and out, and/or visit the establishment in off rush hr.

I just tried the cinnamon sugar nuggets. They were not what I was expecting. They were dry on the outside, they did have cinnamon sugar, but no butter. I think butter would make them better and add a bit of needed saltiness. To each his own though, just not what I was looking for.

This place is good but a couple times I went the employee had a loose pony tail with her bangs hanging out. She wasn't even trying to get it out of her face. She had a hair tie I don't know how when working in food service that is ok. Mustard is free though and thats what's up.Kid-friendliness: My kids love it can't beat a pretzel !
I really wanted to like this place since I love pretzels and it is close to my parents house. I tried when they first opened and the pretzels were good but the cheese was not great. I ate the pretzels, but could not eat the cheese. I decided to give them another chance a couple months ago and the cheese is still the same. The pretzels are good and I do like them, but they don’t seem like they would come from a place that specializes in pretzels. I was expecting more from the pretzels, but they are still good! I wish they had better sauces.The first time i got the cheese it was cold, the second time i got the cheese it was super hot and seemed like it had been sitting a while. If they got a better cheese sauce I would definitely try it out again! Staff was friendly.

Cinnamon sugar nuggets were completely covered in cinnamon only no sugar pretzel itself wasn't bad Brat pretzel not very hot and dry. I was hoping to be more like Annie's pretzel

I don't know how this place is still in business. After hearing for months about how it wasn't good, today my curiousity (and desire for a cinnamon sugar pretzel) got the better of me. I ordered from them via DoorDash and when it arrived... well, I would say I was disappointed, but quite frankly I expected this.The "cinnamon sugar" pretzels had a terrible aftertaste of garlic, meat, cheese... clearly they had been carelessly mixed together with other items and the flavors spead. More than that, there was barely any cinnamon sugar on them. Oh, and they were also hard to eat because the "bites" were huge.Pretzel Pretzel, if you're reading this, please get your act together...
Love this Place. Small Menu means they know what they are making. My only complaint is they don't sell Pretzel buns.

So yummy!!!! We had a family night and ordered all the pretzels! Cinnamon sugar, hot dogs, nuggets, garlic, brats and pizza!!!! The whole family loved it all!!!! They've got something for everyone! The staff is absolutely amazing and so very friendly!!!!!
