We stopped by on a Monday afternoon and waited at the window for 15 minutes. One person ahead of us. One car in the drive thru. People inside looked at us then looked away as the filled drive thru order. No communication or acknowledgment. We left. So did the guy in front of us. If Andy’s can’t serve 3 people in line, are they able to keep their kitchen clean and food items safe?

I really love Andy’s!! We probably come here a few times a month. The custard is amazing! The service is great. In the summer there are long lines, but they make it go fast. Definitely recommend for anyone looking for a great dessert!
I’m speechless, the concrete was great consistency and the heaters were a plus to the atmosphere! It’s the vibe, the moment, and the only place you want to be these holidays?
Very friendly staff! I have had to ask for napkins a few times I've been there, but the staff is always apologetic. Their custard is a little pricier than the competitors down the street, but the selection and quality is what keeps me and my kids coming back.

Ordered frozen custard via drive through, then paid at window, then waited 7 to 8 minutes and then teenager shows up and says “we are out of that custard”. Bunch of teenagers working there who don’t take their job seriously. NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN!!!!!!

It was my first time here and I had a good experience!!! The ice cream is pretty good just a bit expensive but there's a super cool atmosphere and the staff is friendly, this place definitely reminds me of a 50s drive-in or something like that❤️ my only complaint is that I wish they offered a indoor place to sit down?♂️
