I respectfully asked the lady at the window to change my order because I ordered the wrong thing before I paid and she started yelling that she already had the food made. there was no need for the yelling or attitude she gave me today. If I could give 0 stars I would. All she needed to do was say that respectfully and I should be able to change my order if I havent paid yet.

Okay all you crazy cats and desperate dogs out there, about 10 years ago I came up with the following. I call it a small with cream and a pair of balls! It's pretty self-explanatory - when you go to Dunkin's and if you simply must have your donut fix why not order a pair of munchkins to be popped into your actual cup of coffee!? It's freaking delicious! And you can choose any kind of munchkin weather to be chocolate, honey dipped, old fashioned or what have you! The best way to do it is ask for a small with cream and then ask them to pop in a pair of munchkins of your choice before putting the cap on. Don't have them put the munchkins in first because the flow of the coffee and cream will break up the munchkin donuts prematurely. And by god, don't forget to ask them how much it's going to cost because if you purchase only too munchkins separately it's a freaking arm and a leg. It was about $6 later where I learned that if I bought 5 munchkins along with the small with cream it would have been like half price. Here's a thought, talk directly to the staff there if all you want are the two munchkins and tell them your plan I'm sure you're used car salesman finesse and Wall Street attitude can make it happen without having to fork over tons of money for this glorious culinary invention and delight! When they who sent you........say it was Elrock. ???

The coffee was old and taste horrible and the female worker was so rude and when the I asked for the manager she refused to come over to talk to me. The tables are always dirty and I won’t be back!!

This used to my fave baskin in town cause the next closest one is like 15+ mins but lately it’s just been going downhill. Management really needs to help this store like hello only two employees at 1pm?? I got the wrong order and when I went in I had to wait an extra 10mins for a new drink to be made, not even made correctly btw. I don’t know if the boy was new but he didn’t know what was he was doing, then when I questioned why I was charged 8.55$ for a medium even though above us on the sign it says 7.50$, the only answer I could get was ‘I don’t know.’ If you’re gonna raise your prices like this, at least have the time to train your employees correctly
