I see a lot of negative reviews about this location, but my children and I had such a wonderful experience recently that I had to share. I brought my children there for a special breakfast treat one morning and we were swiftly greeted and served by Beatriz. She was incredibly warm, kind, friendly, and patient as my little children, including a toddler, decided what they wanted to order. She interacted so sweetly with them, and even gave them extra treats. She made sure our orders were correct, double checking with the other person who made my coffee. She continued to show kindness and warmth for the rest of our visit and shared her enthusiasm about our return. I have to say this was the best interaction I have had at any DD ever, upstanding another favorite interaction at a DD (from a previous review of mine; I confess I have had many a DD visit in my life.) Beatriz is an absolute asset to your organization and I highly recommend and request that she be acknowledged for her professionalism and exceptional customer service, and be considered for leadership, promotion, and a raise as she deserves it. Beatriz, thank you for being the wonderful human being that you are. You are one of those unique individuals that has me reflecting on how this world would be a much better place if more people found joy in their jobs and in their interactions with others as you had in your encounter with me and my little family. ✨

I have been here in the morning many times. They consistently get my order wrong and the workers have a hard time listening. They rush orders and are not organized. The quality is also bad, stale donuts and coffee. Systems for credit cards are down randomly. One worker told me I couldn't order 5 munchkins last week and that I had to buy 10? They are cheap and not a well run operation. Do not recommend.

Would put 0 stars if I could. Avoid this Dunkin.It's hot and I wanted to get my daughter a small cup of water, in which they denied saying it's a dollar for large water. I clarified I wanted a small, and they still demanded $1. Sure, that's fine.However after waiting in line for 15 minutes (no rush hour, this was afternoon with one car in front of me), they proceed to tell me AT CHECKOUT WINDOW that there are no more croissants (and three of our orders had croissants). But they also said that I need to pay for them processing the order even though I don't want a sausage bacon croissant without the...croissant? Does not make sense at all and was very frustrating. This location could be for you, but it's not for me at all. Just be nicer.

This isn't just any Dunkin' Donuts; it's the sophisticated hub where the donuts teleport from mysterious local warehouses! ? Gone are the days of those hot apple cinnamon fritters that melted our hearts; now we're left to ponder the mysteries of these chilly, flavorless rings.And in the midst of our culinary exploration, we stumbled upon the elusive French Curls donut, the stuff of legends! ? With anticipation in our hearts, we placed our order, only to be hit with the cosmic truth that not all locations are privy to the wonders of the French Curls. A bitter truth served with a side of irony, had we known this, we'd have saved ourselves the trouble of the jukebox ordeal!Entering the establishment was like stepping into a retro jukebox, minus the retro charm. ? The music was so obnoxiously loud, we practically had to lip-read our order. Lacks quality in the only thing the brand is known for: DONUTS. Serving stale, old donuts with a very small selection. Ok customer service and small like any other coffee place, but wouldn't recommend going if you're looking to eat donuts unless you want to go home depressed!!!
