When it comes to the food, the service, and the atmosphere you will not find anything better. Great family atmosphere, in a very clean establishment where you feel like a welcomed guest. I totally enjoyed the food and the prices are reasonable. Don't miss out on this hidden gem.
We ordered a deep dish pizza and informed Patty, our server, if we can order right away. She said it takes 45 mins. We said that’s fine so we ordered a salad on the side since we were hungry. Salad came right away but the pizza took 55 minutes. It was warm, not hot like we used to have. It seems like it’s been sitting for a while. When it was about 45 mins, we tried looking for our server and she was nowhere to be found. She did not even come to ask if we needed anything in between. We are regulars in this Giordano branch since we live in the neighborhood. When we told her that it was warm not hot, she said that she brought it to us right when it came out from the oven. We certainly know the difference between warm and hot. When she served it, it was not steaming anymore. Then she said that I am trying to accommodate you. Not once did she offer a refill to our drinks of coke and iced tea. The other server (a young gentleman) was serving more tables than Patty and he was attentive to all his customers. Patty’s service is terrible! I work for the hospitality industry so I know what service is all about. We were there today 3/10/24 at 5:03pm - 6:24pm. We certainly are disappointed! It’s sad because we love Giordanos pizza.

Horrible service from the manager. Screwed up my order and refused to accept responsibility. I asked for my credit card to be credited as I did not get my food, and the manager said "I'll do it but wrong is wrong" and then hung up. Gino's East here I come!

I came here last saturday with a party of 20 people. The owner/manager was very flexible with us not showing up at the reserved time. He made sure our pizzas came out when everyone arrived so everything was nice and hot. The server who was a lady with glasses (Im sorry I forgot the name) was very patient with our group and made sure each person was doing well. Truly felt the service went above and beyond.Over all the food was delicious, the staff was attentive, and everything went very smoothly. Definetly one of the better Giordano's I have been to!

I ordered one Margherita pizza thin crust. I don't recommend this style, the pizza's crust was undercooked and soggy, also the pizza had a lot tomato sauce undercooked, that's the reason why the crust was soggy.By the way 25 minutes for crust pizza mmm..

We picked up take out, and the pizza was fantastic. The crust was multi-layered, flaky and just delicious. Sauce was tangy and flavorful, and the sausage was excellent. We will definitely return the next time we visit Whraton.

I placed an order over an hour before the store closed for a pickup time that was also before the store closed (10pm close; ordered at 8:45 for 9:45 pickup) - everything went through online and was fine. While on my way to pickup the pizza at 9:30 I was called by the store saying they close in 5 minutes and they have my pizza ready; I told them I was 15 minutes away to be there right when the pickup time said, and they said there's nothing they can do and are closing early tonight for unspecified reasons, so they just refunded the pizza, which I do appreciate but I mean I was driving in from 25 minutes away so can't refund that gas money to just turn around and head home. Im sure the food is on par, but they should have called earlier when the order was placed to ensure I was aware that they'd be closing early, so just poor communication and managerial skills were displayed in my only experience with these folks.

This is absolutely one of my favorite pizza place and a big part of it is because the food is absolutely delicious and I enjoy that old school family atmosphere. I really love it that everybody is super friendly and happy to see all of their customers ?♂️it's definitely one of those places that they go above and beyond to make sure it's always right and I think there's something super special about that❤️ so I've been to this location a few times and I've always had great service so I feel like whether you're on your lunch break or you are stopping by with your family, it's definitely going to be a good time, good food and good service? I thought the calamari was just okay but one thing I can guarantee is this place has some of the best pizza on the planet? stop by and I guarantee you won't be disappointed❤️

This place is super cute! Everyone was unbelievable friendly. But, the food was just okay. I usually really enjoy Giordano's Chicago deep dish pizza. But, this time it was barely warm and it didn't taste the same. I personally won't be coming back. It went from excellent can't beat Chicago deep dish pizza to well...that was a waste of $40.
