I order from here often and typically have a very positive experience. I caught them on a busy lunch hour. The pop machine didn’t have syrup in it, My sandwich was super sloppy and missing an ingredient.

I just visited this location and was very impressed by the attitude and professionalism of the staff. During my visit, there was a gentleman customer who had communication difficulties that made the ordering process more unusual than normal. Not only was the staff patient with him, but they were very kind to him throughout the entire process. I just thought it was important to share that at least I noticed the kindness. The customer also seemed very happy and appreciative of the service.

One employee on a Sunday seems like a bad idea, explains why my food took 20 minutes (as of this review) and still hasn’t been started. I’m waiting here with one other person who ordered ahead, we’re forming a support group.I only came here for the free food, last time the kids behind the counter hit on my wife, so it’s now not worth free. That’s bad. Good food though.

Was in for the Lunch rush today. The staff was very kind and patient with everyone. There were several delivery drivers (uber, door dash or third party) that were rude and not very respectful to both the staff and the customers in line. The staff was professional and kind the whole time. Two thumbs up to the staff and a 5 star review for the meal and kindness. Thank You!

Filthy place, tables were covered in crumbs and sticky. The chairs look like they have never been wiped down. There was a huge leak from the pop machine and huge puddles on the floor. Gross and I can't recommend it at all.
The employees are so nice. The red haired man is always making me laugh. And the young lady with long brown hair always remembers my family's orders and when we walk in and is always happy and smiling.

This place stinks went yesterday to get a sandwich around 7 and the person working says doesn’t have bread doesn’t have this doesn’t have that how do u expect to run a business with employees like that when the business is still open for another 2 hrs plus where they prepare the sandwiches and the grill were disgusting and not cleaned never going back again

No one ever answered the phone. I accidentally placed an order at this store when I meant to place it at a different one. Tried calling several different times no one answered. I emailed asking to be reimbursed, and was basically told I need to take it up with this specific location since they are franchised. Ridiculous.I love the sandwiches but the customer service is atrocious.

Jersey mikes is absolutely the best sandwich spot around but this place was so crowded last night it was ridiculous. I don't know if it was for the after 6:00 $6 special but there were like 20 people waiting for sandwiches last night and only one guy working. That's just insane. Most people had ordered online and were picking up. I was a walk in and waited 20 minutes and was never waited on and ended up leaving.
