The slowest fast food service I have ever gone through. No exaggeration, there was only one car in front of me and it took 21 minutes to get my order. Don't waste precious minutes waiting in this drive thru. I could have gotten a meal faster at a nice sit down restaurant.

I ordered a 2-piece meal (white meat) with cole slaw. What I got was 2 thighs & 3 wings. My receipt was in the bag. Some might say you should be happy because you got more than what you ordered. However, I do not like dark meat, so my meal was 3 wings. Beware when going through the drive-thru.

Wish I can give this place a 0 the area coach jeffy shoulders is no help the store needs help with employees and he takes vacations leaves his employees to struggle. This guy should not be in charge in running stores he definitely miss treats employees and especially pregnant people doesn’t let them follow doctors regulations this store is just a big mess food is over cooked kitchen area is just nasty filthy failed inspections plenty of times Jeff dose nothing to help all employees left his store managers due to the fact that he’s a sloppy boss over works them and give them no rights

When they say open....they aren't really open. It's always dirty, floor is always sticky and no one bothers to answer when someone is sitting at the drive thru. Management, if they exists, clearly can't manage a paper bag. Don't go....ever.

I've been here 3 times, staff are always messing around and take forever to get you your food. The lobby was disgusting but rather than clean it they just started locking the doors. They always out of something. Food is fine though.
So I got here today around 11 AM. The sign on the door says they are open at 10:30 AM. The door is locked. I go around to the other side same thing the door is locked. Now I'm forced to go through the drive-through (which I never do I hate going through a drive-through) OK so I do that. I can't understand the guy on the speaker, (the vehicle in front of me was the United States postal vehicle and all I know is she walked away muttering something with no order so I already knew this was not going to go well they just don't want to work at this location) he's not responding back to me, and just gives me a total I pull up to the window I'm like can I confirm my order OK so then I pay and I asked for some butter with the corn to which I got a huge attitude and they make me wait like four minutes Only to come back and pretend to throw butter in the bag?!?!? I get home there's no butter in the bag. There's no straw for my drink And both of the males that were working seemed like they did not want to be bothered whatsoever and the food that I got was the nastiest food. TOTALLY UNEDIBLE and they're RIGHT after opening. Actually, it looks like this food had sat probably for days, especially the mashed potatoes and gravy. I've never tasted anything like that. It actually had a chemical taste to it.I literally took two bites and threw it out everything today. It tasted like garbage from the mashed potatoes and gravy to the corn to the chicken wrap all tasted like garbage and that's where it ended up in the garbage And if you don't want to work at your job, you should probably quit and go somewhere else. Customers are what keeps the business open and if you don't want to service the customer, then go find a job where you don't work with people and the problem will be solved. Nobody's forcing you to work there.Gross and never again

Ordered extra crispy and got extra greasy/soggy. Fries were good fountain drinks tasted funny. They are understaffed.

Haven’t had kfc in a long time the lady that took my order was kind and had a lovely smile made me feel welcomed. And my food was great highly recommend this location for good service.

Horrible service! We placed an on line order last for 2 3pc chicken combos and were given a pickup time. When we walked in, and asked for the order, we were told they could not give it to us. When I asked why not, I was told " because we are out of chicken." I was not offered an apology or an alternative. When I asked about a credit card refund, I was told to "go to the website." I have had NO resolution, sat on corporate's 800 number for 30 minutes. The staff was surly and unpleasant. Four years ago, we visited this location, poor service, terrible wait. NOTHING has changed at this outlet!
