Came here at 8:45 pm, had a tall guy with a scruffy beard tell me the store was closed despite an open sign right there, I don't know if this guy was tweaking on drugs or having some other problem because he just stood there and stared like he was high on something or just not very bright in general.

Ordered a most bestest cheese pizza, was extremely disappointed with what I received. There was no extra cheese added and the slices were cut way off resulting in a tiny slice followed by a giant slice. Attached is what I ordered vs what I got.

This location specifically is bad. Our pizza was underdone (like almost raw) and our breadsticks were slightly wet and wrinkled. I’ll give them the one star because I have to but also because it was at least on time and the kid at the register was friendly. I’ve had average Little Caesars and also amazing Little Caesars and this location fell way below either.

1/21/2024. 1st time visiting this lil Caesar’s since I moved this way 2 mos ago. Ordered my usual that I like Italian Cheese Bread. Ask if I could have extra cheese and seasoning on it. At 1st was informed it would cost extra. I was surprised. 1st time told would be charge. I declined. Associate says will add the extras for me. Upon receiving and going home I was not satisfied at all. The bread that usually the size of the inside of box and cut in 10 regular pieces was smaller than I ever seen and cut into 8 regular pieces. The Italian seasoning was so scarce that you could barely see any and the layer of cheese was so thin that when I bit into the bread all I literally had was a mouth full of bread. No taste of seasoning or cheese. I would have come out better just rolling out some biscuit dough and layer with cheese and seasoning and putting in the oven1st and last time visiting this store. I will just go back East on Roosevelt to one of the other lil Caesar’s I’m enjoy and get what I pay for. Definitely will not recommend this store. If I could do 0 stars. I definitely would.
We went in so that might son could use a gift card and he’s a fan of Little Caesars. Jason served us and he was really nice - he pointed out a few options for lunch to go and had the pizza ready in no time at all. It’s good having a neighborhood place where you can get a pizza fast without breaking the bank.

That man Severo is as rude as it comes, it's very obvious that he doesn't want to be there, and he shouldn't. Even a $10 pizza should be sold with respect and a smile. They charge for the same pizza a lot more than other locations (why, just because they are in Glen Ellyn?) The pizza was fine, will not go there again for sure.
