On 04/08/2024,I bought two double cheeseburgers, both with only one patty. I paid for them at the window and left.After driving 5 miles, my son told me the burgers seemed smaller.I checked and realized the restaurant's mistake, but I wouldn't take the burger away from my son.I went back to the restaurant and asked for replacements.One burger was complete, but my son had already eaten the other.They refused to refund me or replace the burgers.I spoke with the manager, CAMILO.

Spent 15+ min in drive thru just to be served cold everything (hamburger & fries). Manager was telling staff good job, I disagreed.

I will never go to this McDonald's again. The guy making the drinks was sticking his hands in all the cups. When he grabs a new cup, all four fingers are on the inside of the cup, thumb on the outside. Same for after he added ice. I was watching him do this with every cup he handled. So unsanitary. People want to complain about disease spreading, and you have employees just sticking their nasty hands inside all the cups. And when I mentioned it, it was like it was no big deal.
