listen i usually don’t like to complain about people but the girl who served me today (the person at the register) should be fired. im not sure what her name is, i didn’t care to ask but she just looks so miserable and unhappy to be there like completely out of place since everyone else there looked to be in a good mood which is usually the vibe of a cane’s. u could even hear it in her voice not to mention the look on her face. i was already having a bad day so she lowkey killed my vibes. she said my “card declined” then i tried again and it worked then didn’t even say anything to me just handed me my receipt. all im saying is im not trying to have that kind of interaction again. have to add this because I don’t want to bash the other ppl that work there, they’re fine i usually stop there before my classes at COD and the cane’s by my house is always great too. if the owner cares to know what girl im referring to she’s white, has a lot of acne, and like dirty blonde/light brown hair.

If you haven't tried Cane's chicken yet, you don't know what you're missing. I don't know how they do it. Every bite is just incredible. Their dipping sauce is also other worldly. I wish they would sell it in stores or just make it into a beverage! Great fries, great.cole slaw, great Texas toast. Love this place so much!!! Bring one to Lake Zurich!!!!

I absolutely hate this company and the app they have had created to steal your money and never follow through with the order. The app has no problem pulling funds but it never sends the order to the store I'm tired of this happening and then you call the store and they say well nothing we can do about it. Then I have to wait 2 weeks for my money to return to my account. This is soooo irritating, I will never order from this place again for subpar chicken
